Since I was coming from a longer that usual distance, I cordinated my schedule with B&B's office. They met me at the appointed time and changed the locks within 20 minutes. They did a great job and explained the process from start to finish. Rory from the office called me the next day to ensure that I was satisfied and if everything was OK. Will be using them for all future work at my establishment.

Rory is a master of his trade. As many of the other reviews stated his expertise in this field seems limitless. He has no problem taking time to explain anything you want to know and you never feel rushed. His prices are also great. He cut a key for me for a Land Rover that I had lost the original key for, and sure enough it worked flawlessly, and it saved me close to $200. I'll be going back for anything I need in the future, and I definitely would recommend to a friend.

Rory literally saved me thousands. I have a 2017 Kawasaki Ninja 650 motorcycle that I had lost both keys to. After calling around many places, he was the only one who said he could do it. Rory went the extra mile to get the code for our 2005 Jeep Liberty, He made numerous phone calls and called in favors, as our particular year and model has a very unique system for its computer code. Ultimately, Rory got the key made, and for far less than a dealer would have charged.

I brought my 2004 Hyundai to B&B lock Technicians because I had a ignition issue. The original keys I had were not turning the ignition aal the time. There I met Rory, he was able to make me 2 new Hyundai keys that no hardware store, Lowes or home depot could ever make right. Rory told me he will make me 2 Hyundai dealer keys. I left the car with him for a couple of days, Rory wanted to make sure that all i needed was keys and not a new ignition core. Rory told me if I did need a new ignition core he would be able to rebuild my old one so I would still have the same keys for the car. He first started by making new keys and found that was all I needed, then Rory took the time to check each lock on the car and lubed each one as he made sure the new keys would work properly! .Thank You Rory for being so honest and doing such fine work!!

Came to the shop one night. Very speedy service, and super knowledgeable. Rory really knows exactly what he's doing. I bought 2 replacement keys for my Subaru and both times I got the wrong key. He offered to buy it and got everything exactly right.

They are great. They can actually decode keys instead of just operating a machine. My first experience was to come to the shop for a car key after a hardware store botched a few blanks. They are extremely knowledgeable about your security needs and can suggest things that you didn't even know existed.

I have been going to B&B for over 10 years. Rory is extremely knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything and answers all questions. They are also very accommodating. When I needed assistance over the phone installing a lock, he talked me through it at almost 9pm. At one point I thought I needed to bring the lock/door knob into the store, he was willing to open the shop and meet me there. Prices are reasonable, quality is top notch.

After reading all these positive reviews I went to B&B for a duplicate key. I stood at the counter a good 10 minutes before some nasty guy came out from the back and told me he 'couldn't be bothered' with my request and walked to the back again. Guess I caught him on a bad day. Although it looked like a nice shop it will be a cold day in hell before I ever set foot in there again.
