The best locksmith on Long Island. They installed a lock they were not familiar with on a blank aluminum door. They took the challenge and got it done. Very professional. You won't be making a mistake with these guys - they know what they are doing.

These guys are not just professional but also very kind and helpful. I came in with an old key from 1988 Mazda Rx-7 that got broken in half, and they were able to duplicate the key and educated me on their warranty and support for every key they make. The keys worked great and the prices were very cheap. They were able to charge $15 each key instead of $200 that I got a quote from someone else just because the key is from 1988.I would recommend to come here to get the work done efficiently and to be treated respectfully.

Good experience with the guys at Precision Lock and Safe. They installed a keypad entry lock for me. The installer took a lot of time to make sure it was installed correctly and tweaked my door a bit for me as it was rubbing against the jamb. Very happy with the service I received.

Elaad just left us after opening a safe which was closed and locked for years. We called a dozen places a dozen times and always with the same response...'We're probably going to have to cut into it, just so you know' . . .well our safe is almost 100 years old and in pristine condition. We finally found Precision Lock and Safe. Elaad came and within 40 minutes, he opened the safe using only the tumblers! He was polite courteous, personable and clearly an expert in his field. About a week ago I was locked out of my car and within 20 minutes of my call one of their workers (Moses ) came and helped me out , while he was working on my car some random old drunk guy came and hit his car . Moses handled the situation very professionally and after that continued to work on my car. Accidentally Moses cracked the windshield of my car while trying to open but he immediately apologized and the next day fixed my windshield no questions asked(I did not spend a penny). Not to mention also is giving me a spare key for my car . This shop is full of good , hard working , and professional people and Moses deserves a raise .

Contacted another locksmith called Lucky Locksmith and they quoted me $900 for three hours of labor to break into a gun safe destroying it to access what's inside and told them I'll think on it. Then contacted Precision Lock & Safe to set up a appointment and they said that they would be able to open it without cutting a hole in it. Fast forward to today Moses contacted with a lead way of 30 mins to say he was on his way upon inspection of the safe he immediately knew what to and was able to open and even repair the safe all within 40 mins. He quoted me half what the other guys were charging and now I have a working, opening safe again. Thanks again Moses.

Elaad and Dov were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all always accessible whether it be by phone or email. Before contacting Precision lock & Safe I had spent three months trying to coordinate the purchase and delivery of a safe from various websites, online warehouses, and stores to my school in the Bronx. As they did for me, the brothers at Precision Lock & Safe can help you pick out the best safe for what you want to safeguard and the best place to put it. They thoroughly discussed the pros and cons of different types of safes and their installation. They specialize in restoring antique safes and create functional safes that are beautiful. You should really check them out. These two brothers work together to cover all the basics of servicing safes and locks and get any job done quickly and done right. Using a safe for my valuables is so convenient and I no longer worry about them. I have peace of mind. Addendum....A year later, Allead just helped me tremendously by thoroughly educating me and remedying some security weaknesses in my daughter's new apartment. Once again, I am worrying a lot less. I can't thank them enough.

I was very pleased with Precision Lock and Safe. I was told by the Toyotal dealer it would cost $200 to duplicate my car key. Precision quoted $85 - a much better price. On arrival the key was tested and determined not to be a chip key at all. My final cost $22 for 2 keys. Well i just want to say that i had friends that were great locksmiths. Should i say i thought they were great until i met Elaad. I had some issues with my locks, not only took care of my needs but explained everything in detail, took his time, showed me issues i had that i didn't even know.
