MERRY CHRISTMAS and thank you Scott for getting me out of a dumb mistake; I locked the key to a U Haul truck we had rented to move furniture---on Christmas Day. Scott came right over to the house and had us on our way--- and he charged his normal rate, no holiday surcharge..... And friendly! Horrible experience. I had an emergency and Scott was so rude and mean he couldnt find the house called four times and made me stay on the phone while he drove in circles around my neighborhood. He proceeded to demean my 9 and a half month pregnant friend and talk to both my friend and I as if we were stupid and didnt understand what he was saying. Kept telling us it was 75$ more for this and 75$ more for that, and hundred more for that, and then in the middle of speaking with us started huffing and puffing, and said Im packing up and leaving and stormed out. Most unprofessional service call Ive ever experienced or even seen in my 43 years. Very very unprofessional and rude. No stars.

Recently my family and I purchased a house in the Glen Cove area. From growing up in this area I was told to go with Scott the owner of Cove Lock. He was given an extremely short time frame to re-key our whole house. Well, he made the job happen in a timely and professional manner. We couldn't be happier with the personal service he provided. This guy has been local since the 80's and comes highly recommended by the most discerning, long time residents. Thank you Scott for your business.
