This needs more stars! I called, asking if they carried a certain kind of key as, I needed to make a copy and no where else I checked, carried this key and suggested I go back to where I bought the lock set and alas...I did and let me tell you....The nice lady, Wendy, took me for a walk, via phone, in search of the answer...I didn't want to keep her from any other potential customers, so we agreed, she'd take my number, research and return my call and she did!!! With the answer, and in 3 minutes flat. Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!Thank you for the help. It has always been fantastic experience when I visit your store to shop and or, ask for advice but today...STELLAR!! TOP NOTCH!!!NONE BETTER!!! Buy Local Folks!!
