The handle/lock on my front door broke I could still get into my home from a side entrance, but I wanted to resolve the problem. I called Chardonas at 10AM and asked if they could send someone. They said 'Sure, but it wouldn't be until the afternoon.' I said 'OK, no problem/' I told them I had already purchased a new handle/lock. Since they couldn't make money on a new handle/lock, they never bothered to show up or call. I waited all day and finally called them but they had already closed.

My mother went here because her key for her car was bent (car was perfect) and wanted them to make another key for her. They said no problem. They put her key in her car and re programmed it. When her car didn't start, they got nervous and told her it would take a while. After an hour they started her car, said everything was alright and that they can't make a key. She went home. 20 Minutes later she went to her car to do errands and the car didn't start. She called the place and this very mwa person sandy blamed us and yelled at us. We literally went there for an extra key and they broke our car. It won't start and now we need a new computer for it. At least take responsibility. At least say sorry. They are horriblePeople and an a horrible business and they have horrible reviews on google which I wish my mom saw before she went. I hope you see this on here and do not come. This is the only reason I am writing this review, to at least save you from having this situation my beautiful mother has. Thank you.

I went to Chardonas to see if they could make a copy of a key that neither Lowes or Home Depot could. I explained to them that it was for a Zeiss lock and the problems i've had trying to get it duplicated. I figured going to an actual locksmith would be the solution. Not so. I was told they can't do it, which is fine. If you can't do something I appreciate the honesty but it was the tone that was used. It was as if i was putting them out by walking into their store with a question. I was told to just change the cylinder of the lock, to which i explained i don't want to change the cylinder because it's a brand new lock installed by my landlord. Basically they were no help at all and would rather chit chat with their buddies in the store then try to offer my a solution. Give me the name of someone who may be able to make a copy of this key for me, give me something. I'd rather break a window to get into my car or house that i was locked out of then ever attempt to give them my business.
