Sad to say they did not stand by their product. I bought a vats car key a couple months ago and it went bad. They wanted to charge me full price for a replacement key. Extremely disappointed.

I have called a few locksmiths for a job, most were off the wall expensive, waited for one for over 4 hours, then I cancelled him.MERRICK MASTER LOCKSMITH asked me to take picture of my lock, and they were at my door in 15 minutes. They opened my front door in seconds, changed a part that needed to be changed, and charged me a very reasonable price. The professionalism of Bill the locksmith was unmatched, I have finally found a contractor that I can trust.You will be my locksmith from now on, hopefully I won't need you. Called 1 week before I closed on my house to schedule new locks on the front door and a new lock on our manual garage door. They charged an $85 service charge (which most do) on top of the two front door locks. The technicians were kind and courteous but they said they didn't have the part to change the garage lock and they would order it and get back to us. When we called back a week later they said they couldn't do the garage. Why not just tell us this in the first place so we can hire a company that can do everything we hired them for? Now I have to pay another service charge to another locksmith to come for the garage. Giving three stars because they only did half the job I asked them to do.
