Our puppy ate my only car key this morning, and Joe provided same day service at our home to replace the key and reprogram the key fob in under 30 minutes. There was absolutely no response. I locked myself out at 4 pm on a Saturday. No one answered any of my calls. I called this company after they had installed a new lock on my door a couple of years ago. I had thought that they would be helpful in an emergency. Greatly disappointing.

They did a great job. Installed 5 lock cylinders from a picture. I called them and texted them photos of a commercial door. They came in the next day and installed the cylinders. Great service and will use again!

Definitely a place I will come back to for any future locksmith needs! Fair, honest and competent...this is the place to go if you need spare keys for your car or house. Dont waste your time with the dealers, I needed a replacement key for my 2006 Acura and he had the right key, quickly cut and programmed it and it works like a champ for a fraction of the dealer cost and a lot more confidence than any key Id get from China on Amazon. Family owned and run - buy LOCAL!

Dash and lock key saved me from the lying dealership!! I had a issue with my 07 tundra where my check engine light was on and the dealership did a diagnostic test on it and told me i needed 3 thousand dollars worth of work. I told them i don't have that type of $$ so they recommended me to trade it in for a newer tundra. I tils them i don't want ti so i went and got a second opinion. Well i didn't know where else to go but my buddy recommended i go and talk to Joe at dash lock and key. So i made a appointment and joe did a test and found out i needed a mass air flow sensor and it cost me $200 bucks aswell as a ecm reset that cost me $95. Joe was able to diagnose thr real issues on my truck and i will go to Dash Lock and key for now on for any check engine light diagnostic tests.

I Called the other day asking how much was it to make a copy of a truck key that I misplaced, for the key, I was quoted $110 I then was called back and told I gave wrong estimate its 295.00, I decided to call around and called the Dodge dealer , folks the DEALER CHARGED ME $18.83 to make a duplicate key for my year: 2000 truck... these people at Dash and locks are thieves...... be aware and do homework before going to them!! Dont scam the poor when they are small business as well , HELP and be fair in prices so you can grow your clientele

Hail to the King of Key Making! I lost my truck key, couldn't find the spare, went to the dealer and had two keys made that didn't work. They recut them, but they still didn't work. Then they hand cut one but that one didn't work either. The dealer was nice and I appreciate what they did, but I was still out of luck. So I called Joe and he made me a key and...it worked!! I'm so grateful.

Very misleading went to auto section nice Audi picture in beginning yet called about a 2007 Audi and they told me cant do audis idk what they point of flexing a foreign car Is when you cant replace ones key smh use pictures of your own work not Google image search

I lost my keys to my 2015 Nissan Maxima. Joe quoted me to replace my key, which he said was a proximity key because I have a push button start. He was cheaper then the dealer who didnt have the key in stock and he came out and did it the same day and didnt have to get the car towed... joe seems to have a lot of knowledge of keys and cars. No one else could make my Subaru key, but they were able too! Needed a new transponder for my car, he ordered it for next day deliver and connected it in about 10 - 15 minutes! i HIGHLY recommend Dash Lock and Key for your key and lock needs!
