Absolutely the best lock smith company I ever used. Not going to lie usually companies do nothing but completely ruin my day with how unprofessional they are. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and professional. They booked the appointment immediately. Michael came with in the hour and put my new lock in . He also made me copies of keys on the spot which was so helpful!! Then he fixed my door for me as well. The door used to slam so loud. He offered to fix that for me which I didn't even know could be fixed. I thought the company was just so quick, neat, professional, and sufficient. I highly recommend this locksmith to anyone!!!

Today I was running errands and happen to double park on Hillside Ave in Williston Park near Frantonis to pick up my large take ouorder. I had my Dodge truck running with my 2 year baby in the car. Donna from Frantonis helped me carry couple boxes of pizza while I carried trays of food to the trunk. I left my wristlet with my car keys clipped to it in the tray I was holding and left it in the trunk which Ive done before. I went to the driver door to open it and it was locked. Every single door including the trunk was locked even with the car on which I couldnt understand. I began to panic cuz my phone was also in the car. Donna came out to help me and called the police. We waited 10mins and saw a SNZ Locksmith van pass by and Donna waved them down. Mike and Jeff quickly jumped into action and made sure to quickly unlock my door as my son was hysterically crying. The police came but Mike and Jeff did all the work. The most generous thing happened; Mike and Jeff did not charge me which I was so grateful for. Lesson learned to never put my keys in the trunk again, always keep it on me!! Forever grateful for their services, Thank you to Mike & Jeff!

I brought a perfectly good key to the store to make 5 copies for $35. I came home and now my old key doesn't not work in my own door!!!!! The gentleman on the phone stated that if he has to come to the house he will charge me a service fee. Poor business with terrible communication skills. They do not stand by their work.

These guys were very accomplished and serious about helping me with my dilemma. Copying a 1970 VW bug key. I usually go to a very popular LOCK SHOP in NHP , NO GOOD,I got a quick refund thankfully but received no extra effort in copying my key. SNZ and their terrific staff secured a park spot in front of their busy shop and after a few tries on a single key they were able to manufacture a nearly perfect key in a matter of minutes. They were funny and entertaining at the same time and never made me feel in doubt of solving my dilemma. Check SNZ LOCKSMITH out to help you out. They try harder and they'll leave you laughing.

I had lost my only key for my motorcycle (1999 Vulcan 500) and these guys were able to make a new key and a copy within 3 hours with my motorcycles ignition switch. Price was fair as well.

They are not at all open 24 hours, they're open Monday to Friday, from 8am to 6pm. They say 24/7 if you want to call them and wait for what would probably be a premium emergency service.
