Quick get to you, quick to make assumptions about your door, and equally quick to try to rip you off.A very tall man showed up quickly but he turned my nonworking key on my door and immediately concluded that we had to drill through the lock ($175). Needing to charge me another $185 to put in my new lock and then extra for the keys. Tax free if you pay with cash. When we came to the realization we were about to get ripped off, we said thanks but no thanks and then he quickly charged us $45 for a consultation (even though Cooper Locksmith said there would be no fee for coming out). Apparently, theres no fee for coming out when you pay for replacing your lock. We also found out the technician assumed our door was bolted even though he never asked. No clue how yall have five stars.
