Don't ever go here. I came in with my own car key blank and just needed it cut. A gentleman with a gray beard who was either the owner or manager was extremely rude and told me it would cost me 75 bucks just to get a key cut!! He was visibly annoyed when i asked why it was so much. This usually costs about 5-20 dollars. The other worker was much nicer but had to do what this guy said. I was referred here by an autozone employee but I should have read the reviews before I came. UnbelieveableI own rental properties and regularly need keys cut and new door knobs. He definitely will not be getting any of my future business.

My fiance went to them for a truck key to be programmed. Both men were very rude. He was yelled at by one of them for simply talking to the guy programming his truck. I don't know if they were having a bad morning or what, but there is NO excuse for talking to a paying customer like that. He will not be back, and I will make sure to direct folks elsewhere. Unprofessional.

I wanted a key cut for my 2005 Scion TC, I bought a blank key ,and simply wanted it cut, from another online vendor and the employee wasnt phased by it at all. However, when asked if I wanted to program it I refused (I already knew how to do it myself) I was pleasant throughout the entire conversation but after I said no he told me Have a nice day and immediately hung up. I tried multiple times after and got the same response with an immediate hangup. I used to enjoy the business but having an ignorant employee like that to keep hanging up has lost my business. Save yourself some money, go to your local hardware store and get a key cut for $2.50P.S I was able to program my own key via watching a YouTube video in about 3 minutes

My wife and I were in from out of town when our 2002 Jeep Cherokee ignition stopped accepting our key (would not turn at all). We were directed to Lockmaster through one of the car repair shops. Thankfully after 10 minutes of jiggling the key we got it to turn and headed straight to Lockmaster to see if they could help us out. Jeff was exceptional in explaining the issue to us, and was able to swap out the pins in the ignition to get us going again. Lockmaster was a real life saver and we cannot recommend them enough. Thanks very much Jeff!

Best place to have keys made, I haven't had a problem with any key yet. My Aunt went to Lowe's to copy her house key for me and it didn't work. So, since I had keys made here before, I went here. I never go to Lowe's or Valu as the keys never work. There's not too many locksmiths anymore so I'm glad my grandmother told me that she goes here. I will never go to a store to have keys made. Support your local locksmiths, they know what they're doing!
