Initially had Ryan change the locks for me in my new home. Very reasonably priced and done quickly. About two weeks later I managed to lock myself out of the house with no way of getting back in. I locked myself out of my house after business hours and the owner answered the phone right away. He came right down in almost 1 hour of rush hour traffic (which is a good 20 minute drive with no traffic, mind you) and got me into my house within 2 minutes. I had an extremely important appointment to get to and he made sure I was on time. What AMAZING customer service! I have used them several months ago to change the locks on our doors. Their prices are fair and I cant say enough about their customer service. If youre on the fence on who to use, I would absolutely recommend using them. Thanks so much! Life saver!!!

I called and asked for a replacement key for my Lexus car , not only was the price $400 + less than the dealership, They came right to my doorstep to reprogram my key and even made a second trip to cut my key. I had an old safe with 2 locks with my car title and other important docs inside. I couldnt get the safe open with the key. One of the keys even broke off into the lock. The other lock for some reason wouldnt turn to unlock. It would turn half way. I couldnt get it turn completely to save my LIFE! Took the safe to these guys and they had it open in 10 mins! These guys ROCK at locksmith work! I DEFINITELY recommend them!
