I was locked out of my place and contacted these guys. They responded almost immediately, addressed my issue with me, and were ready to quote a price before the police showed up as I had been identified as 'someone suspicious wandering about the property.' Typical.They were actually able to help me regain entry, so although my rating is their amazing response time, professionalism, and eagerness to help me couldn't go unrecognized. Allen from Queens Central Locksmith was exactly what all his fantastic reviews say: friendly, prompt, fair and skillful. He was able to quickly get me into my house that I locked myself out of and then completely rekey so that I wouldn't have that problem again. Someone attempted to break into our garage and managed to break the doorknob so that no one could open the gate. He came back and explained what happened & how he fixed it. 100% professional. Very quick and easy to work with. I had a technician Arthur show up in my house to fix my lock. Someone had tried to break into my house several times. I was able to tell since i used their services before. They had installed a camera outside of my house. I made a police report and showed them the footage. Its under investigation now, the footage is very clear and i was able to detect the face of the man who tried to break into my house

Good company. Called them on Friday to update my front door lock, they were available that day but I took a Saturday appointment instead. The locksmith called to tell me he was on his way. Drove to key food with my toddler, Did some shopping and once I came out I could no longer find my Keys. I spent an hour searching and nada! Finally one of the store employees suggested I called these guys and so I did. They arrived in less than 15 minutes! Oh what a relief, they helped unlock the car, helped me with the groceries and even played with my toddler for a minute. It was pleasant. They even came to my home and unlocked my door. RIPOFF be very careful of this place.The guy they sent me charged $500 to drill a lock and then just replaced the drum.Real shoddy work also as the drum doesn't sit flush in lock.I got ripped off because I was desperate but dont let this thief pkace rob you.....

This company knows what 'customer service' is all about! I am a person that is very thorough and diligent when shopping and researching online. So when I came across Queens Central Locksmith I was hoping for the best. I read their reviews and they provided what I was looking for.I recently moved and I needed to have all the main door locks changed. I called and spoke to Allen.Allen called me half an hour before the appointment to notify me that he was on his way. He was punctual and kind. He provided me with all the options he had available. I ultimately chose the high end MultiLock because hey... Family is priceless and I wanted to feel safe. As far as price?! Allen provided me with the Yelp discount deal that is offered here and lowered the price to a reasonable amount. I'm a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for'. He was informative about the process and cleaned up after himself. Also, I needed an extra set of copies and he shipped them next day at no extra cost. These MultiLock keys aren't cheap either.I also got to speak to David at their store because I needed a spare key for emergencies. This company is accountable and courteous. I am genuinely satisfied with their service as a whole, and looking forward to working with them in the future... Possibly having them install some other security components.
