Called nearby locksmith, the guy showed up right away, took him 15 minutes to fix the lock, but charges us $150 plus tax, we offer a credit card, he says they will have to charge an extra $10 if we use a credit card? We give the Amex, suddenly he doesn't accept Amex, nor does he accept checks - all of which he did not inform us about when we initially called. When asked to wait for management so we can provide another card, he became rude refused to wait, making the whole experience very stressful, unprofessional, overpriced and not pleasant. I would not recommend this company! .Thank you for your response, however it was not me that you spoke with, also 10% of $150 is not $10 hence your 'policy' is clearly not accurately stated. Our office is very close by, the professional way to handle it would be to have offered to come back when management arrived within the hour, ask us to come by with the payment or more appropriately inform your customers ahead of time as to what form of payment you accept or don't - Which you DID NOT DO!. We have no issue with the price, the issue was with your lack of regard to anyone else's schedule but your own and your failure to properly inform your customers of your schemes to rip people off with extra charges. You refused to wait, you refused to make any other accommodations and forced an employee to incur additional ATM fees just so that you get a cash payment. A customer should never be treated this way.

Toby came on time and took the time to do the job right. He changed two locks. One was fairly easy. But the other was an old one on an old metal door. He kept working on it - making adjustments including filing the door. He locked and relocked the door until it was right. Then I locked and relocked it. Perfect! Toby clearly knows his business and takes pride in a job well done.

The front door to my medical office was not operating properly today . The lock had been tampered with and we were concerned that we would not be able to lock up at night . These guys are amazing!!! Very professional, and helpful. They were able to unlock my Schlage door knob within 2 minutes and did not break it. It still locks smoothly, I did not have to buy a whole new door know. TRUST THESE GUYS, THEY KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING!!!

Great service, very knowledgeable. And best of all they stand by their work. I have a dental office and needed a buzzer, door bell, and more, but didn't want to change my lock. They worked with me and found a way to make it happen. Not only that, when I was having trouble months later, they stood by their work and fixed the problem. Toby not only has the ability to unlock cars but as a person he's unlocked an incredible level of customer service. No need for the hard sell here because everyone's done it, locked my keys in my car and Toby came to save the day. I have a house need to have a eviction , have contact the locksmith to show up 10am in next day morning , the next day morning, lock smith didn't show up, the owner told me he call that guy 20 times but can't get in touch with that guy, in the end, sheriff leave, I need to reschedule the eviction, i told the owner, he really give me hard time, the owner said how can you said I give you a hard time, I am not that guy who is missing. Beware everyone, the owner is not taking any responsibility if his guy not showing up on appointment.
