Locked out of my basement where we keep all of the babies necessities. Called to see if someone could help me with the lock. Within 2 hours someone was there (in the late evening) to pick the lock and was even willing to go back to the shop at 8pm to make new keys so we didnt have to keep the door unlocked for an entire day with toddlers around the house. Old time locksmith, knows his stuff. Fixed a lock and doorknob that is at least 80 years old, original to my Tudor home. Did not try to sell me something I did not want. Very pleasant man. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic family-owned locksmith of the old school artisanal variety. Master key makers, measured my oddball key by hand, ordered the lost code, and made a key for a lock that any other place would've had me bring in to be re-keyed. And wonderful people on top of that. Wow. These people rudely demanded a deposit on a $30 key before ordering one for me, and when I pushed back on a deposit for such a small amount, she hung up on me. Before that, she called the manufactures of my buildings original key criminals. I dont know who is a criminal or not, but I know who isnt getting my business (and that of anyone else I know on Garth Road).

Just had a very charming experience at this cute and quaint shop! Its ran by a husband and wife duo whom are extremely knowledgeable in their craft. I made a stop at a KeyMe before this, and didnt like the impersonal experience it offered. I decided to look up local locksmiths instead, and fortunately enough it landed me here. Very warm and attentive customer service! Thank you for your service and the mini lesson on locksmithing. Make sure to engage them in conversation because they truly are a sweet and funny couple with a lot of interesting things to say. Theyll definitely have my business as long as theyre in business. Because Im obligated to give them a star they get one. It is 12:30 PM on a Saturday. Theyre supposed to be open until 5:30 PM yet theyre closed. Update your business hours and hire a better staff while youre at it. Rude and never opened when their hours say they will be

GREAT EXPERIENCE -- would highly recommend. I called them at 825pm and they showed up by 1040pm as i was not stranded outside. The gentleman who came was knowledgeable and helpful. Changed a small part for the lock and completed the job in less than 30 minutes.

The rudest business owners I've ever come in contact with.Three times they made the key incorrectly. When I went back for the fourth time asking for my money back they told me NO REFUNDS! Finally after some back and forth dialogue, the woman threw the money at me and told me never to come back. How this store stays in business is beyond me.
