The IAL Total Security shop @ 500 West Main Street in Smithtown is terrific! I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty & needed a spare key/fob. At first, I ordered one on EBAY. Well, that was a mistake. IAL checked the key out & the car's computer failed to read it. Jim, the manager there ordered a new key/fob direct from the dealer. However, the dealer key would not program correctly. Jim sent for another key & that one wouldn't program correctly either! But Jim wouldn't give up on it. He made numerous trips to the dealer in Smithtown, spending a lot of his own time & effort for me & really went out of his way to get this right. It was finally discovered that the dealer had a bad batch of keys, & that's why the key would not program correctly! Jim would not charge me for all the extra time he spent trying to resolve this issue. What a great guy; courtliest, a real gentleman! If you need any sort of alarm or car key work done IAL is the place to go!...Joe

These guys are great. They changed the locks on my house when I bought it a few years ago. They were there for my when I was having an issue with the locks recently with a simply DIY fix. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Came on time at 3:00 PM on the dot and replaced a broken deadbolt and repaired another lock. Fast, courteous and efficient at a fair price. Highly recommend.

We needed an overhaul of our automatic gate system. The previous owner of our home had worked with IAL, but I wanted to go with a company closer to home. Unfortunately, that company came out and replaced the working part of the gate instead of the part that needed repair...I then called Vinnie at IAL.Vinnie personally answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. When his employees came out to do the work, the weather was horrible. They set up a canopy and worked through torrential rains. In spite of Mother Natures fury, they were so professional and courteous, and got the job done. We are so pleased with the job done by IAL Total Security, and heartily recommend them.

I.A.L gave us the best options, materials and price. Vinnie, the owner was very helpful, extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about his systems and our needs and planning out this type of security.His work crews were timely, efficient, neat and very professional. All work progressed thru many complex stages including installation of 240'+ of ornamental fencing with small gate; trenching for wiring; foundations for gate equipment; sensor pads; both large gate placement; motor housings; entry/exit access pods as well as all complex underground electrical and network connections we required. He procured a great landscape vendor to remove shrubbery, store and replace it perfectly which was a big concern for us. Removal of all old swing gates and posts were also done. We are very happy with our new I.A.L. security fence and gate system and most whole heartedly recommend Vinnie and his crew to anyone looking for the ultimate trouble free fence and electronic gate system for their home or business.
