Zero stars. Apparently Vitos is the same scam place as Eltingville Auto Locksmith. Different numbers. Same inept rude clueless people. The addresses posted for these places are false. I know this because I drove to one of the addresses while ON HOLD!! Never showed up. Never called. I was on hold for a total of three hours. Next stop is the BBB. I have plenty to share with them. Avoid these scammers.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I CALLED FOR A LOCKSMITH AS A HAD A DOG IN THE CAR. THIS LOCK SMITH TOLD ME 20 MINUTES. I CALLED BACK 40 MINUTES LATER AND THEY SAID 'WE DONT HAVE ANYONE TO SEND TO YOU IM SORRY' THEY DID NOT EVEN THINK TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT .. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME CALLING THESE PEOPLE
