It was cold. It was snowing. As I brushed the car off, it locked itself, with the keys in the ignition. I called Sacco's. They arrived within 10 minutes, checked to make sure the car was mine (good idea), and got it open for me. They give great service, even after hours and in freezing snowstorms.

Very rude. I had universal key which suppose to work also on the car. He cut the key and said, it did not work. I told him here is another one and he got upset because I did not give him both. I did not want to be charged twice for 2 keys. I gave him one. He told me Im not going to go outside and try to program another key for u even though its Honda Civic. I wouldnt come back here

Quoted price over the phone when I called and made an appointment on Friday, got higher price on Monday when they came. Appointment was at 1pm, called them to ask where they were at 2:20pm. Late lunch and very busy. Only reason I'm not giving one or two stars is, the technician (Brian) was excellent - efficient and apologetic. $240 for 40 minutes - nice work if you can get it.

I would never reccommend them to anyone !!they can not and did not keep their appointment time and than when i told Michael that Brian said he be to me at a specific time Michael became extremely nasty and just lied to me !! They think their the only company who makes automotive lockouts but theirs a new company that came to the rescue when. These guys had no coustomer service skills !! New hardford locksmiths helped me !!

Saccos was great! I locked my keys in my Truno and can't get into it because the locksmith who came out to get me into the car had set off the anti theft protection my car has. I went to the Hyundai dealer in Utica to grab the key and fob (because I have the key that is like a switch blade) brought it to saccos who was very professional, quick and friendly. They had to laser cut my key. It was cost effective and I would recommend them to anyone!

Scammers!! They sell fake knockoff keys! Told me it's a OEM original key but sold me cheap China key. China key are $25 they charged me $100.
