WONDERFUL!! Mitch came by about 2 months ago to give me an estimate for re-keying my entire house. We waited until all the construction we were doing was finished and called to schedule. When I called he asked if I was available that day!!!! I was not but WOW !! He came 2 days later on the weekend. He was a lovely, knowledgeable man who insisted on high quality and safety for our home. He added long screws to all locks and fixed any work that was not up to his standard. Spoke with Mitch after contacting 4 others in the nearby area. He was professional and knowledgeable without being pushy. Chose him over others because of his excellent reviews (all 5 stars) and was not disappointed. Mitch was punctual (+ or - 5 minus) and courteous. He scoped out the work required (without charging a service call fee unlike everyone else I contacted). He returned later the same day as promised with the needed materials. When the door knob replacement didn't fit/work, he left and returned with a replacement within the half hour to complete the work - replaced a door knob/lock combination on our back door and re-keyed all of our outside doors to enable us to only have to carry one key for all the locks. Mitch was careful to explain the process and his choice of product (who knew there were so many to choose from?). We now have new locks/keys and everything is working with ease. Mitch's prices were more than reasonable (and lower than the other estimates). And despite wrestling with an old strike plate, Mitch did not charge extra. I will definitely pass the word to my neighbors and friends. It is wonderful to find such an honest and knowledgeable professional who does such excellent work.

Mitch was a God sent, it became necessary to change the locks on several of my doors, which created a real dilemma for me, because I didn't know who to call nor how expensive it would be, so I looked up several locksmith and I came across the ad for Americas Key to Security Inc., I was impressed by the many good reviews that were listed, so I decided to give Mitch a call. He came at the time we agreed upon; I found him to be interpersonal, pleasant as well as a genuinely friendly person.He is also very innovative, there was a problem with the lock on my car for which Mitch stated that he didn't have the proper tools with him, however he approached the task with an exacting analytical eye and the problem was solved. As I watched him work, I observed that, he was extremely efficient and competent with an eye for detail and the determination to produce quality results. As I continued to observe him I sense that he really enjoys his work. The extra time and effort that he put into completing this task was for me worth its weight in gold, as I now feel comfortable and secure.
