OK I NEVER write reviews, but Tom went so above and beyond, that I could not, not comment. Firstly, over the phone, he talked me through how to take apart the lock on my front door and re-secure it so that it functioned again. Then, he showed up 15 min later to try and sort out a problem with it that had been lingering. He worked patiently and carefully and was determined to figure it out. He made adjustments, alterations, and ultimately resolved the issue! He was so gracious and clearly takes pride in his work. He has gained a loyal customer. Do not hesitate to call him!

Are you skeptical of all these positive reviews? Don't be, because I just had an amazing experience with this business myself. It was easy and quick to make an appointment for an initial visit for a free quote. When Tom (the one with a beard!) showed up, he quickly saw what may be causing a problem with my locks and quoted me a price, which sounded reasonable and fair. His professionalism and warm personality impressed me from the get-go, so I decided to hire him right on the spot. He was able to fix the problems (I had two locks that weren't working smoothly), and made sure that I'm satisfied with the result. He takes time to explain things and shares his opinions and recommendations while not pressuring the customer to hire/buy from him at all! You can tell that he really likes what he does and finds joy and pride to make his customer happy. And, what's so impressive about Tom is that he goes above and beyond, and he does it so effortlessly. If you need a locksmith (regardless of the size of the job), call Regimens Security and I can almost assure you that you won't regret it!

He met me on short notice and cut a spare car key for an old 1991 Toyota. Upon learning that my son bought the car with only one master, he cut me 2 keys and didn't charge me for either one! He advised that my son to take 2 keys with him to college and leave one at home as insurance.This gentleman cares about his work and the community he serves. We recently used Regiment Security to change out five locks at our rental property in Rye Brook, NY. Having worked with several locksmiths over the years, we found Regiment to be the most affordable while also providing the best service (a rare combination in any industry).Tom worked quickly and efficiently. He also put down a cloth without being asked and wore protective shoe covers to keep the floor clean (I would recommend them for that alone).We later decided to convert two of the doors to smart locks and Tom took the time to explain the differences between the options so we could make a decision, then stayed with us to completion. Reasonable, Efficient, and Professional. Honestly, if we could give them 6 stars, we would.

I just moved into an older home with old locks that were covered in paint and not working. I called Tom at Regiment Security to replace all of the older locks in the doors. When Tom came by he suggested that he restore the existing antique locks instead of replacing them. He removed the locks from the doors and brought them to his shop, a few days later he returned to reinstall them and they looked brand new! They were shiny and all of the paint was removed, he replaced the broken springs in the locks so they worked great. I would definitely recommend Tom and Regiment Security to anyone needing lock work on their home.

I highly reccomend them! I had several locksmiths give me estimates on fixing 2 residential doors that were installed instead of commercial doors. Both Toms came over to see the doors (each door had it's own unique problems) and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The other places said I needed to spend thousands of dollars to to reframe and purchase new doors, but Regiment Security really thought through the problems and found excellent solutions to make my doors work better than when they were originally installed. I am very, very happy with their work.

Tom was awesome. We only had a small window tonget things done and he showed up very quickly helped us with the lock, honored his quote even when it was a bigger job than I had thought, made sure our lock was cleaned and worked well before he left and said if its ever not 100% hell come back and fix it up. Explained my lock to me and gave us tips on where to get keys cut and what to ask for, offered to help us find a part of the door we need to replace on amazon and over all was one of the nicest friendliest people Ive met, couldnt recommend this company enough. Will use them everytime I need something done.

Tom was great, I was locked out of my apartment at 2am, I tried several other locksmiths and nobody was around. Tom answered on the 2nd ring and was at my apartment 18 minutes later. He was able to quickly pick the lock and get me in. He also is very reasonable in his prices and assured my that he wouldn't have to destroy my lock a d sell me a new one. My next door neighbor had recommended Tom at Regiment Security. I had used a few different locksmiths over the years but I didn't like any of them or the service and quality of installation they provided. I was looking for someone new to change my front door locks. Tom was extremely knowledgable and made some very useful recommendations, helping me use what I have and also putting in a high security lock that suited my needs. I was pleased to discover that Tom is also experienced in restoring old mortise locks and reverse engineering and copying old skeleton keys, including replacing missing parts in old hardware. Tom had some terrific advice about how to deal with old doors where the screws no longer have any wood to grab onto, and how to deal with doors that have wobbly hinges, or no longer are aligned with the strike plate. In addition to all of that, he is a very friendly and congenial person, who does what he says in a timely fashion. I'll no longer be looking for another locksmith....I found in Tom someone I can return to going forward because I know he will always give me the most honest advice and go that extra mile to do the job well. Highly recommended!

To make a long story short, I was frazzled when I lost my keys last Saturday evening in Shoprite and could not get home and could not get into my apartment.After Googling locksmiths in Westchester, I called a few numbers that turned out to be dispatch operators for locksmiths nation-wide. The people I spoke with sounded creepy and at a last ditch attempt to reach a locksmith, hit pay dirt!Tom of Regiment Security was actually local and after explaining to me what needed to be done (I had a Medco lock) and what the basic costs would be, I was told he would be at my home within a half hour .Tom showed up with his partner Tom (yes, they both have the same name) and I must say, they were polite, professional, friendly, efficient and did an excellent job.I would use them again in a heartbeat (but hopefully I will not have to).I highly recommend Regiment Security to anyone who needs a locksmith, rather it be an emergency or just the need to change your locks. I believe they will also have the ability to do key fobs and camera security.
