Was looking online for a locksmith came across the Lock Doctors called spoke with a young man his name is Wayman We talked about what I needed to have done he was very professional very nice Knows his job very well We set up an appointment He came out showed us what we needed gave us the cost we decided that we would go with the Lock Doctors He set up an appointment came out on the 10th was on time completed the work within 2 hours like he had stated Wayman was nice to work with thank you Lock Doctors keep up the good work if I ever need a locksmith again they will be the ones that I call

I was on a business trip from Raleigh to Atlanta and stopped at a Wendy's in Archdale to get food. Being absent minded, I accidentally locked my car keys in my trunk. Given that Lock Doctors was the closest locksmith I called. They came and unlocked my car even though they were on the way to another job. The guy I dealt with was nice, polite, professional and very effective. I had my car unlocked, keys in hand, and was back on the road within 15 minutes. I have never had better emergency service in my life from any company... and all for $65. Which I felt, to be a great value for the speed and quality of service. I'm glad that people like this still exist.

This place completely saved my life today lol. I don't remember the gentlemans name, maybe Wayman..? I'm not sure. But ANYWAYS, I locked my car key in my trunk..well I called the lock doctors and he came out and got my door open, BUT my trunk release button still wouldn't work. Some kind of safety feature for when the car is locked. Well he gave me a few options, to call VW and have it towed there and pay a good amount of money, or see if roadside could get in and still maybe pay a decent amount if they were even able to get in. Well my back seats lay down, but only if you unlock it with a key first, so I had no choice but to call VW. Well he leaves, and I call around to VW and then my insurance for roadside after VW telling me it'd be about $500. Well the next thing I know, here he is pulling back up and says I wanna try something! I said okay of course while also on the phone with my inurance and somehow he uses a flathead screw driver in the key hole to lay my back seats down! He somehow gets it piped open and handed my my key. He saved me $500 that I absolutely did not have. & he came back out of kindness just to see if that may or may not work! He had already done his job but still came back and tried to help & DID help!! I teared up thanking him, and this is by far the best service I've had from anywhere!! So thankful!! Needless to say, I highly recommend this place to anyone locked out of anything lol. Because he will for sure try his best to help you!
