I called Over the weekend and completely forgot I had called to inquire about a key. You see I had been very busy, dealing with life issues like we all do. Called me at a reasonable time. Made an appointment and was prompt on arriving. Very professional man. Great customer care. Quality of the keys look better then the original I lost! I had lost my only set of car keys and I was devasted and in panic mode! I called every locksmith in Charlotte and nobody was able to make my key. Hey, at least he responded.ETA: To comment on the Owner Response below. You'll probably want to update your website, which clearly shows a map with coverage by your company as far out as Cleveland, Lincolnton, Kings Mountain, Wadesboro. Mt. Gilead. This way you won't get anymore unnecessary phone calls at 3:30 am. But like I said before, thanks for responding. Many places don't even get back to you.

I needed my house locks changed after my wallet and keys were stolen out of my car. I called 24hr Discount Locksmith, they were one of the few companies available to come out on a Sunday and for a reasonable price. The technician Eugene arrived within an hour and got right to work. I had 3 locks changed and 5 keys made for $90. Amazing, professional service!

This man will try to slander you If you are not happy with his work! He not only took 45mins to get to me after told 15mins , He left damage to my garage door.He is A HUGE FRAUD! He even went to smoking in my garage when it clearly says NO SMOKING OXYGEN IN USE!!! My mother uses oxygen and when asked not to smoke he said he didn't care. I had to get the police involved! DO NOT USE HIM!!!
