This guy is a master locksmith!!!! I lost my Mercedes Benz key fob and I called around to find someone who can do it and no one can!!! He showed up fast and less than half hour I get two working keys!!! You need a key maker call this company!!!

We called this guy to make us a key for our Nissan pathfinder and he couldn't do it and charged us $200 anyway. He said something was wrong with the antenna and no locksmith can cut us a key and we will have to go to the dealer and pay a fortune and that turned out to be a lie and we got it taking care of the same evening for a reasonable amount with a help of another company.* Update: DY responded to my review by saying it's fake. Everything I have written here is true, this is exactly what happened last Sunday evening. Why not take responsibility for your business practices instead of issuing threats?

What an AMAZING service!!! Have you ever had a day where everything that could go wrong does? Well I did and at the end of the day my daughter locked us out of our brand new house. I was in a panic without a clue of what to do. 30 minutes later DY Locksmith showed up with a smiling face and assured me everything would be ok. He wasn't there to make the extra buck he discussed the options and found the best one for us to get into our house and BAAM within minutes we were in. I couldn't thank them more and will never use another company other than them. A+ Company here!

This guy is amazing! I lost my 2013 BMW 328i ,i called around and no one can make a new key for this modle... david said he can do it! This was the first time I had to rely on a locksmith to get me back into my apartment, thanks to my property manager leaving me stranded when I asked for help after realizing I grabbed the wrong set of keys.The first locksmith I called told me he didn't want to drive to my location. Luckily, DY Locksmith showed up quickly, and talked me through my options. They knew I was pressed for time and they did everything they could to get me back into my apartment as soon as possible. They were aware I was stuck in an unfortunate situation and tried to ease the frustrations while getting me back into my apartment. I would recommend them for anyone who needs a trustworthy locksmith.

I just moved into a new house and didn't notice that the electronic deadbolt's low battery light was blinking. Since I just moved in I hadn't hid a spare key or given a key to any friends/neighbors so I was really out of luck when the battery suddenly died on me when the door was locked. I called DY Locksmith and they showed up in about 15 minutes to let me in to my house. The locksmith was so professional and friendly. He explained my options and prices and even installed a temporary deadbolt so I would feel safe overnight until I could get a replacement electronic deadbolt. I will definitely be using DY Locksmith if I ever get locked out of my car or house again! Highly recommend!

I locked myself out by leaving the key inside of my apartment. I called DY Locksmith right away, and they came within 30 minutes. Turned out my apartment door is high security with commercial grade lock. They were very careful and diligent. Had to drill into the lock but did not damage anything at all. Replaced the small part of the lock at a very reasonable price. They were extremely helpful and nice people and would definitely recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area!
