Excellent service. The were here in under an hour. The tech had my key fob programmed and backup key cut for my Dodge Ram in about 10 minutes. I highly recommend their services. excellent, no hassle service. 5 stars aren't enough.

Amazing amazing service. Unfortunately I lost my keys. I had another locksmith come to make me a new car key. I have a BMW X1 that was in the basement of my building (no reception). The first locksmith said that he couldn't do it and told me to call BMW. I really didn't want to pay to have my car towed out of my basement. After a couple of calls I was given Bens number. Ben was kind enough to come the same day. Ben showed up with another gentleman named Juan from Max Mobile Autokey. (Both were so nice and professional) They had to take my whole computer out of my car to get the key made. Literally spent hours getting everything unattached. Work that I know other locksmiths were not willing to do. I can't speak highly enough of the service I received. Highly recommend.

Ok, So losing your keys is no fun. Especially when you have a key finder on them. So some how I lost my fob at the Knights baseball game last night. Got up this morning and started looking for locksmiths. Lots of calls for prices and most seemed to be call centers. So would not give prices so they could get out here and sell me. Lucky I kept calling and found Ben on Google My Business. Got a good price and was impressed with talking with him and the reviews. He was here in less then an hour, squeezed me in, and now I am off. He is a good guy, nice and good price. You can save yourself from having to call around because I already did. If you need a locksmith, call Ben.

After calling around to several locksmith's, I came across Trilock. I need to have our office doors rekeyed due to a staffing change. No other locksmith's were able to come out that day. Trilock was at my location within an hour and on their way within 30 minutes. The rate we were charged for the 2 re-keys and 6 keys was very fair (and lower than I thought it was going to be). I have already recommended them to others, and have reached out to them for more work we need done here!!

Ben was FANTASTIC! He came out quickly and late at night. We were on our way to a concert and he even let me pay the next day so he didnt interrupt our night. He was great and I would highly recommend!

Dreading having to endure a visit to the car dealer to reprogram and perhaps replace my key fob, I found Tri Lock through a referral. Ben happened to be in the area, came within six minutes, not only reprogrammed my existing fob but made a replacement in his custom van. Cost was far less than the dealer quoted. My only wish would be for every service in Charlotte, whatever need, would give the product, service and attitude of Tri Lock. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Kessel.

I am a veteran and an active army soldier. I lost my keys and it has a chip in it and I was stranded 100 miles away from home, orders to be in VA by Sunday. I towed my car to the Toyota of rock hill and they gaurenteed they could reprogram my computer and get a key made. The next day I got a phone call that they couldnt and needed to replace the computer for 1200 dollars and it'll be 3-5 days just for the parts to come in. Its Friday and not showing up for report time is bad. I was referred to Ben by 2 locksmiths. He came out and got permission to work on the issue in their parking lot, so I cancelled the tow back to my friends house who I was picking up for we both have orders, I have been stranded since weds. While Ben was working I went into the dealership to get my access key and Rhonda wouldn't give it to me even though I didnt owe them anything. She then proceeded to come out and tell Ben he couldnt be on the property to perform the work and tried to snatch my cars computer out of his hand as he was working. This locksmith stood up for us with passion about the military and went out of his way to get this done today at a far more reasonable rate. Toyota threatened to call the cops, he said wait until the news hear about how you TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AND ACTIVE DUTY VETERANS! The big manager finally came out and asked the situation and gave us the access key. But the professionalism and passion of Ben was far more than I could ever dream of. It is like god sent us Ben for this exact situation. I am so grateful that he got the job done, and took it upon himself to stand up for us. I highly recommend Ben and tri-lock locksmiths. Their passion, dedication and customer interest stands above the rest!
