Although I didn't use their services, Alexis was super friendly and helpful. She quoted a residential lockout at $60 in Fayetteville. I can say this is the lowest price you're gonna get in the area 100%. I didn't ask if they had a military discount, but they probably do. Will definitely use them as my #1 next time I need these services.

I was unable to secure my door. I called FN Lockout Services and spoke with Alexis. 15 minutes later Will and Alexis were at my door and working. I am very satisfied. Their charge was very reasonable and they offer a military discount. FN Lockout Services will be my first call for locksmith services from now on.

They are lifesavers I locked my keys in my car 2 times in one week at the same place. I called FN Lockout services it took them 10 to 15 mins to get to me it took them 2 seconds to get in and the price was not bad cheaper than most places. They seem to be nice respectable people. They first question to u is how are you lol I thought that was kind of funny.

I used this company my 1st time ever to get my lock off my shed. I had broken my key off and didn't have another key to unlock it. The locksmith and female that came out were very pleasant and courteous. He informed me of what would happen beforehand to get my lock cut off my shed. He even offered to purchase a lock for me on his way to my residence and pay him back for it so I wouldn't have to leave home to purchase one myself. He requested a picture of my original lock so he could purchase the exact replica. I was given the receipt for it as well. He requested to see a picture ID to verify and ensure that I was not some random person or one of my neighbors trying to break into my shed. They stayed in contact with me on their route to my home to let me know when they would be arriving. Which was a fast process altogether. They offer the convenience of cash app, card or cash. I will definitely be recommending this company to my family and friends for their lock out needs!

I cant be more satisfied with this company! They were very professional and informative! So thorough in explaining everything and also offered free adjustments in case I had any issues. These people are AMAZING!! The first business I called were very rude and left me stranded.... but these people here were AMAZING!! Im a soldier who lives off post. After a hectic week, moving in just one day, having to go right back to work, etc. I was locked out. Within 15 minutes Will and his wife were out there. They did so much and even offered later to come out and replace the lock. Unfortunately I have no life, and the folks who run my place came out and replaced it. I tried to even give them a tip, and they refused. Not only are they great in their profession, but theyre good people. Which is hard to come upon nowadays. I wish them the very best and many thanks. I should have wrote this sooner, but Im busy as hell. Thanks again.

They are awesome! I was locked out of my POD storage because I lost the key and they were able to cut the lock for me! The lock I had was one the best for security but they got it off! They arrived quickly, service was great and they offer discounted rates for military service. If I ever get locked out again they will be the first number I call!!

When I called, they actually talked me through how to get back into my car and how to prevent it from locking up on me. No charge.
