Called and tried to get a quote for a key that is needed. Very short with me on the phone and told me that they would call me in a few hours days later still no phone call and now theyre not even open on the weekend so I would not get them to make my key if they did it for free

Called to get a locksmith because I was having issues with my key turning the ignition. The lady who answered the phone asked me for the make and model of my car. When I gave her the info she said 'I'm sorry I don't have any locksmiths right now' So why bother asking the make and model or better yet why answer the phone. I read the reviews before I called and saw other people has similar experiences. I took a chance anyway. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Today I needed help opening a Hamilton electric combination safe that's been sitting around in a work storage area untouched for who knows how long. When I called the owner/manager wasn't far away from my location and came by to look at it. He was able to open in. Afterwards he stuck around for about 30 minutes teaching me how to use the safe and to ensure I knew all the different settings it had. He didn't ask for anything in return he just wanted to offer a helping hand. It is much appreciated.

Highly recommend this company for any key/locksmith needs. My son's truck keys were stolen and luckily it was an older vehicle without a microchip in the keys. My son went into J&S, the gentlemen noticed he was military and took care of him immediately so my son could get back to base. J & S staff were extremely courteous and professional over the phone and overly accommodating!

I called J & S because I thought I needed a locksmith to get into a fireproof file cabinet that had a lost key. Steve explained it would be cheaper to order a replacement key from the manufacturer and explained how to do that. I really appreciate his honesty when he could have just come rather than telling me about a better alternative.

Absolutely terrible customer service and phone etiquette. Had questions about getting a FOB key cut and programmed. The lady who was 'helping' me was rude and provided a quote that was almost double the dealer rate ($102 vs. $180). I couldn't get off of the phone fast enough. Beware!

Called to get a door inside my house unlocked. Was told by the woman on the phone it couldnt happen today. I asked if I could schedule for a later time, and she says she doesnt know when a locksmith will be available. So I say, So what youre telling me is you dont want my business? I cant schedule for tomorrow, or the day after? Woman on the phone says nothing, so I say got it and hang up.

My front door lock broke, I called other places and they said they could get to it, maybe in two days.I called These guys and the locksmith came over on his way home in 30 minutes.Very professional and took the time to explain the issue to me.Very impressed!

This place is awesome. They cut a key for my car (with a transponder) that I had bought on amazon. They told me that there was a good chance it wouldn't work but it did. They also told me that my original key and the new key had different chips so there was a 75% chance of failure. When I left both keys were able to start and run my car. Another company told me $140 and they had to take apart my door. They did it for $35 and didn't have to take off a single panel. I would highly recommend them and I will be returning for another key soon.

Wish I could give zero stars. Was on hold on the other day for 15 minutes. Every few minutes the lady would ask me what type of car I had. For some reason '2014 Toyota Corolla' was too much for her to comprehend. She then ended up hanging up on me. Called again today only to experience the worst customer service and for the girl on the phone to speak to me as if I were an idiot. The girl at the front desk needs to realize that she is a customer service agent. I will never attempt to give them my money again, and will tell everyone I know to avoid them as well.
