I called this company because I was starting to worry that my car key was wearing down. I had had this issue with my previous key, and I didnt want to be left stranded without a working key. The serviceman I met was very professional and knowledgeable. We ended up figuring out that my ignition just needed to be cleaned out. He did all this in less than ten minutes, and didnt charge me a thing. I was fully willing to pay, but he just seemed like a guy that loves what he does. When I was worried about getting a new key and potentially a replacement ignition, his prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for your car key needs.

Brian is amazing!! I would 100% recommend him to every single person who needs a locksmith ever!!! He worked for hours in the beating sun trying to open my Mercedes. I had locked my keys in the trunk of the car, so when I broke into the drivers door I put my car into 'theft mode' which enabled me to pop my trunk open. Brian did not give up. He was able to make the exact key to open the front door but because of the theft mode all electronic functions were disabled. Crazy right!? After a few hours he didn't think he could get in. But little did I know he had gone home and looked into it. He found out the the trunk key needed an extra notch. He called and asked if he could try one more time. I was leaving for NY at the time so I waited a little long and guess what?! HE GOT IT!!!! Everyone I had called said they would not work on Mercedes... Brain said he would try. And now he knows how to unlock a Mercedes (and probably honestly every single other car now). 10/10 always will use him (even though I hope i never lock my keys in the truck again)... but if you do, call him! And he's cute ;)

Cardinal Lock and Key answered my call when no one else would pick up their phone. I was locked out of my apartment after dark. Showed up quickly (10-15 minutes after call). The lock was broken so it took some time to get the door open. But Brian did it without damaging the door. Very professional - excellent service. Highly recommended.

He is knowledgable, thorough and very pleasant to work with. I feel much more secure with this locksmith in town. He does quality work.
