My husband and I just bought a new home and I purchased all new hardware for the doors. Michael with Coastal locks was a dream come true. As owners of a small retail business, it was distressing to discover our front door lock was frozen shut when we stopped by on Thanksgiving afternoon to prepare for the weekend. It was even more distressing that it happened on this particular weekend! Not only did Coastal Locks answer the phone on the holiday (I expected an answering machine), but they very kindly re-arranged their Friday schedule to help us. We were able to open on time as if nothing had happened! We are extremely grateful!!!

Called around 8 in the evening on a Monday night for a locked keyfabbed vehicle. Ralph made it to my home in 15 minutes and took him less than 5 minutes to unlock it. He was a kind gentleman and quick so $60 was a steal and I'll use again when needed.

These guys were awesome! We were locked out of our home at 7pm on a Friday with three kids after a long drive. Parents with kids know that pain. NO one was available to help us out, but these guys came over and had us inside in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!!

I should have called these guys first!!! Highly recommend! Their tech Michael came out and was able to make a key for a motorcycle I had just bought. The bike had sat up for over a year and the previous owner lost the key. It was a little bit of work but he got it and I havent had any problems. They even made me a spare at no extra cost. They were the second people to come the first locksmith wasnt prepared after I already waited on him for a week. These guys came out the next morning and had it done before lunch. Thank you guys! Michael youre the man!

My husband and I lost our car key in Indian beach on Saturday May 26, 2018. We didnt realize that until we headed to our car and about to leave at around 6 PM. Whats worse is that we dont have a backup car key for our car. We contacted several lock services, however, most of lock shops were closed at that time, especially during the long weekend before the Memorial Day. Fortunately, we found contact number of Coastal Locks. It was around 8:30PM at night, and our location was about 50 min of driving from his store. Mr. Fuller drove to us right after our call. He arrived with a large white cargo van. Different keys hanging organized inside the wall of the cargo van. The workspace looked neat and tidy. It only took less than half an hour for Mr. Fuller to made new car keys and programming for the chip of the remote car key at the dark night. Additionally, Mr. Fuller gave us four car keys in case if we lost our key in the future. He was so professional and so kind to us. He finished and left at about 10PM. I guess he would continue to drive another 50 minutes to Home. We believe that Mr. Fuller came to save us at the Saturday night is not only because he provides service to the community, he came to rescue us out from the fear and worry. Without Mr. Fuller, we couldnt come back home safe and sound. We appreciate Mr. Fullers help and would always remember Mr. Fuller and his brand Coastal Locks. He is rude, I had a couple questions for him so I could make sure he was the right guy for the job. I lost my keys at work, so it's not like I can stay on the phone trying to remember every little thing to ask. About an hour later I call back to ask him to come and he says 'Since you've been bugging me all day I can't come until 7, and it'll be extra' I had called at about 2 to get him to come. I understand busy schedules, but that wasn't his reasoning for trying to charge me extra. I suggest finding someone else. I ended up using a different guy from Atlantic beach, who even tried to help me save money.
