Great company with excellent customer service reps and technology. Our rep and his manager were amazing!Update: We changed our network router and couldnt connect to the doorbell video anymore. We have tried to contact customer service numerous times. They wont call us back. I have submitted numerous work order requests for it. I enjoyed the service we received for installation. However, after installation, the company we have to deal with to reset our doorbell sucks. I wish it wasnt a 3 year contract. We have been paying for the service and cant use it.Update: I skipped calling Dynmark and called TCS directly. Awesome customer service again! They sent me the video instead of having to have a tech come out!
