Today was the second time I've used Daves towing service. My motorcycle broke down outside of Richlands. I called and he was there within the time he estimated he would be there. I was very concerned that the driver would have the experience needed to load and secure my motorcycle onto the rollback truck. I was very pleased while I watched him work. My bike was treated to top notch service and delivered safely to my house in Jacksonville. This is a great service and thank them for it. I highly recommend this company. Mike Dahms

Absolutely fantastic service I was absolutely livid at the fact that my Ram wouldnt start (having key fob problems) the driver once he got there tried everything he could but the fob just wasnt working then he offered to reach out to a locksmith FOR me to try and get the ball rolling for a new one And save me some money instead of going to the dealership. I also mentioned having an exhaust leak which he immediately said bring it by the shop that he can get it fixed for me as soon as I get the new key fob. Great service highly recommend this place if your ever in a bind.

I called Daves towing & to get my car towed from Verona to national dodge was only $85 the guy who answered the phone was super nice & then I got a courtesy call from the driver saying he was en route he was super nice came exactly within the eta he gave me over the phone . I wish I wouldve asked for his name bc he was so nice & my driveway isnt the easiest to get to where my car was parked & the car doesnt turn over so I couldnt move it . He even told me bc the car couldnt move it may possibly hit a low lying branch in my driveway which I appreciated ( Ive hit those branches before ) . My son wanted to watch my car go up on the ramp & the guy was super nice to my son . hopefully I never have to get my car towed again but if I did I would use Daves towing again & I 10/10 reccomend them to anyone Thank you guys so much !!

Super great job towing my car. Owner came out and towed it...my bmw lost power at 3am and he came and got me in less than 30 min.....super nice and knowledgable about how my car works and took the time to explain the batteries charging system to me....def gonna have them fix it. AWESOME SERVICE!!

Owner was super nice to my fiance and i yesterday i cant say enough. We were at a gas station and i locked my keys in the car....my wonderful fiance was doing his best to try to get in the car and thats when Sean pulled up from Daves Towing....we didnt call for his service or anything....he saw Brian struggling and he just walked up...said excuse me and moved Brian out of the way...he unlocked our car and said have a blessed day!!! Didnt ask for a payment or anything....before i could stop him he was already in the truck driving off.....i did however see the name on the truck and called to try to pay. I asked for his name and told him thank you a million times.....we needed that blessing we hardly had a dike extra after our bills. Heart wrenching how terrible we were treated by the owner of this company, a very rude and disrespectful man. The service given to us by the owner was just so disappointing to see how ugly the world has gotten, this man was nothing but money hungry and does not care for the treatment of your car or for your satisfaction. We thought everyone else on the staff was extremely helpful and it was relieving to hear from them that he was just a very rude guy and it wasnt just us. However, my God says to bless those who persecute us and so I bless his heart and hope that he can realize how horrible he is to his customers, even his own employees acknowledge it. Please I ask that if you are looking for a car repair or towing service, you go somewhere else you will instantly regret going here. This man lied to us, yelled at us, threatened us, and was just a terrible person with no remorse or care just interested in your money. Didnt even fix the car properly and left it with more problems then what it started with. Terrible service only interested in money.

Had my car towed today...it was a bad day made easier thanks to Dave's Towing. They were here in 20 min....fee was 75.00(cheap) and they recommended a great shop. Got to the shop and they fixed my car in like 2 seconds and didnt even charge me....honest people are hard to come by these days. Thanks for saving the day!!

We needed a flatbed tow locally. These guys were the most reasonable priced. I can not tell you how friendly they were. We had a young man who helped us out. All around good folks.... Doesn't hurt that they actually live down the road from me either.

I just had my car towed by Daves Towing due to a flat tire.. fast service, informative & professional dispatcher and technician, and best price out of the 3 other companies I called. The tech was really friendly and even recommended a place where I could find a quality used tire. He also guided me and helped me park my car when I got home because the tire came completely off the rim... I would definitely use them again if needed, and would recommend! Thank you!

This generosity of this company is amazing. Today my office had an event to attend and accidentally locked the keys in the company car. As we were trying to get in our car they pulled over and assisted without being asked. It is a great reminder that there are still good people in this world! He was professional, kind and caring. Great service. Had to get picked up on a Sunday which there weren't too many spots open. Good price to take my motorcycle where it needed to go. John was the name of the guy that helped me out. He was very polite and respectful. I'm one that likes good service for a good price and rely heavily on reviews like these. Will definitely use again if I find myself needing towing services again.

My car broke down and I couldn't get anyone to help. I called Dave's Towing. I spoke with Tiffany. She was extremely nice and seemed genuinely concerned that I was stuck. She told me that someone would be there shortly to tow my car for me. Someone was there in less than 20 minutes! I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definitely recommend them.

I received a text from them with an ETA of 12:17pm for the tow truck. At 12:27 I called to see where the truck was. The dispatcher told me the driver was stuck in traffic and would be at my location in 30 minutes. Driver showed up at 1:35pm. I had to make the effort to find out they were going to be late. Never received an update from dispatcher. If I had been pressed for time I would have been mad, but when the driver arrived he was professional and quick to get my car to the repair shop safely.

I've heard a lot of horror stories about Towing companies, but I simply must tell you of my experience with Dave's Towing.My daughter hit a deer after working late one evening and called me in a fret.She was alone and scared by the highway and when she spoke with the towing company they told her it would be 45 minutes to an hour before a driver would get there.When I spoke with Tiffani (I believe) she was so kind and helpful.They sent a driver directly there and they were so nice and made her feel comfortable until my husband was able to get there.They also contacted her insurance (USAA I believe ) and helped her to get a rental car.We highly recommend these people.

Excellent service. I got an original quote of $125 to tow my van back on base. I called USAA and got a $70 quote which I gladly paid. The driver was on time and was very nice. I asked for a good mechanic and he recommended Daves towing. I will definitely let them at least look at my cars and try to get them fixed. I have a 05 Honda Odyssey and the quy that got me was very knowledgeable. He gave me some very good recommendations on. What to do next.I wish that people still offered payment plans for repairs for vehicles but those days are long gone. I will be calling again to get other work done. I give this company 5 stars because that's exactly what it has earned from me. Three times I have needed to be towed, and all three times the drivers from Dave's Towing have been conscientious, timely, and professional. In October of 2016, a deer ran in front of me at 2am. I called, hoping that someone would answer as my husband was deployed and I was stranded. A man answered the phone and I told him what happened, he asked if I was ok and let me know that a driver would be there ASAP. 20 minutes later, the truck pulled up. The driver was very mindful that I was shaken up and let me know that he could take the car and I could call in the morning. He waited with me until a car arrived to take me home. That experience alone would give me reason to give them a raving review, but they've helped me multiple times. I will continue to recommend Dave's Towing to local friends and family as well.

Absolutely the rudest service I have ever gotten.If you don't want to get phone calls in the middle of the night 'that woke you up because you had to come get my car' do not advertise as a 24 hour shop, and maybe you should consider another profession.Funny how all the other anonymous reviews came from the same anonymous person it seems. When I came to pick up my car and a monetary transaction has taken place the owner with his sarcastic niceness and politeness refused to give me a receipt. And in fact threatened to escort me off the property. I might have to make an inquiry with department of consumer affairs. Will not recommend to my enemy. And would rather pay more money to someone else then feed this individual. Obviously this is not the first car that you've towed after the police has asked you to do it. So how about trying to be understanding and providing your storage rates when asked since you are on the phone already, instead of saying 'you can call back when we are open'. And not make up rules that you don't take cards, demand cash only, and the 'detailed' receipt doesn't say anything but the dollar amount ( missing things like daily storage fees, hook up fee, per mile tow fee). Would probably put the upset customers mind at ease. Wether police mandated or not you collected the money. You benefited from the situation, from another person's misfortune. And if that was your staff that was kind enough to be that rude to me then I don't even have words. I'm pretty sure you Dave the owner was the one and only person I dealt with, way to set the example for your staff how you want customers to be treated.

Dave's Towing went above and beyond the call of duty for myself, my husband, and my business. Last month our food truck was 'repaired' at D&S Towing and Auto Repair and we ended up breaking down on Country Club Road. We called D&S only to receive a message stating that their mailbox was full. Their sign states they have 23 1/2 hour towing. We called our roadside assistance and got the ball rolling. The driver confirmed the type of vehicle and squared away the type of wrecker needed for the job and showed up within 30 minutes. This driver was with Dave's Towing. After a short conversation with my husband the driver learned we were on our way to work. He called the owner of the business and they got it set so we could be towed into work, and then he would come back the next morning to pick us up and take us to a mechanic. We were dropped off at D&S just to make sure that if the issue was with the previous work we didn't have to pay for it. Yesterday afternoon my husband had a discussion with both D&S towing as well as Dave's Towing to get a quote on the work that needed to be done. He had set a call back time for 9 am with D&S and 10 am for Dave's towing. Mind you we just spent $2400 getting the engine work done by D&S towing hence why we went back there. Today D&S didn't even have a quote for us. Dave's towing had a quote and said that he would tow the truck to his shop for FREE!!!! By the time I got off work at 11 o'clock, Dave's towing had already retrieved the truck and started taking it apart so that when the new engine got there it could be put back in and we could be on our way! It took D&S almost a week to fix part of the engine only for the 'fix' to cause worse damage! It was nothing but excuses from D&S. They scratched our vehicle, gave excuse after excuse about why the job wasn't done, and now we are going to be out just as much as the initial fix.Thank you Dave's Towing for all that you have done and all that you will do in the future. The can-do attitude and the putting of your customer's needs first really shows. I will NEVER do business with D&S towing. You have gained a loyal customer.
