Jessie went over and beyond the call of duty. I was locked out of my house. I requested for him to unlock the door in my garage, which he did. I casually told him about my issue with the keypad on my front door. He kindly asked if he could check it out. He ended up fixing my deadbolt keypad, which saved me from having to replace it. Jessie was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and more than willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend secured lock!

I ordered a extra car key online and I brought it to them to get it cut but I didn't want to pay for programming cause it's expensive to me. It was a quick process and when I got my key back they informed me that they went ahead and programmed it for me. I am very thankful.

Wow! Jesse with Secured Lock was called in to assist a non-affiliated Locksmith on a VERY difficult Gun Safe job that had been ongoing for six hours and lasted another four hours. Jesse was very polite, courteous and absolutely customer oriented throughout the entire process. Jesse is a very determined Locksmith who never hesitated once during the job. He ensured that a QUALITY product and QUALITY service was provided. If I ever need a Locksmith again in the future, Jesse will be a by name request without any hesitation.

The mobile safe technician failed to show up to an appointment. He had called the day prior but left no voicemail and subsequent attempts to contact him back (I left a voicemail) yielded no results. We were left high and dry waiting for a no-show appointment with no follow up. Awful experience.

First, I was very impressed with how quickly we were able to get our services provided! We were able to get same day service; I'm sure it's not always that quick but I can't complain. Then, Luke was our Locksmith, the service he provided was phenomenal! The whole process, we expected to take an hour, only took about 25 minutes! He also educated us on future repairs. Finally, the price was very reasonable! I was expecting to pay a lot more. I could not be happier with our choice to use Secured Lock.

Just got back home after going there. I took with me a deadbolt that needed to be rekeyed and i had about 5 new keys made. Two of them being a older kawasaki key that I couldnt find anywhere, they had it. The lady on the phone was nice and the guy with the beard is the guy you want, rekeying the dead bolt and making new keys I wasnt even in there for more than 5 minutes and heading out the door. Very fast service highly recommend secured lock great customer service overall!
