I work at a small mom and pop jewelry store and we were locked out of our safe all day due to an issue with the key. We called at least a dozen companies all over the southeast trying to get someone to come out ASAP so that we could get back into business. Shane went out of his way to call and stay on the phone with me explaining how the safe worked and because of his kindness and patience we were eventually able to get the safe open. He saved us thousands of dollars simply because he was honest and willing to walk us through some troubleshooting. We will never recommend anyone else. Cant thank the man enough.
