I am local to Murphy and have used City Lock several times. He keeps quality key blanks around, even the obscure stuff. He usually can perform the work same day, if not in minutes, and all for less than big box stores or dealerships.

Mike saved the day without breaking the bank. I lost my car key, and he was able to get my car unlocked, and a new key made and programmed within a couple of hours of calling him. I highly recommend City Lock, they are honest and prompt, and the cost was very reasonable.

I was in a real unusual situation where I was not only locked out of my car but the door handles had also broken off literally in my hand. They were most helpful with ideas and even offered to help me after saying that they were not at all optimistic about being of any assistance. They could have taken such advantage of my situation, especially knowing that I had a real emergency and needed to get in my car and go, but they didn't! I wasn't charged one penny and the ideas that he had were most helpful! I was able to get into the car myself. Thank u so much! I absolutely recommend this company!!!

Lost my truck key and they were able to cut a new one with just the key code!

I had a blast at a river festival until I flushed my keys down the toilet. Despite having the car the insurance company call them because I had to make all my calls during business hours from the landline at the campground Mike showed up right after they opened on Monday and made me a new set of keys. Mike was so great helpful and it wasnt as expensive as I thought it was going to be. This place is professional and extremely on the ball. Mike made it easy to cut me a key as I was locked out of the vehicle and couldnt get information that I owned it until I got in it. They even had dispatch call me after to make sure everything was okay and I was on my way home. If you ever need a locksmith this is the place to call! Thank you Mike you da best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

City lock is awesome! I would recommend them highly! Very nice and friendly! I was locked out of a rental house that I was renting in a older home where the locks are very tricky and old and they are expensive to replace. I accidentally locked a older lock on a door that is really hard to get into, but long story short I had no way of getting in and no funds to pay and the nice guy from city lock came out to the place I am renting in Murphy and he unlocked my door and didnt even charge me. He was a blessing and I was very appreciative of him such a nice friendly and Godly man. Thanks again city lock.Tami J11/4/2018
