The reason for the 3 stars is I was quoted $95 for a new deadbolt lock and installation. They charged me $107 to keep my original lock and add two screws. Waldo called me and explained that my lock was an abnormal lock and wasnt what the technician expected. This was the reason for the difference. The service was excellent. My only regret was for better communication. I would probably use them again.
