Ive used A-1 for a variety of services and always felt they went above and beyond. If my teenager locked their key in their care I could feel confident in calling A-1 to get to to her in a timely manner. Ive had a side mirror replaced when my other teen got a little close to a mailbox. Ive gotten quality used tires from them and had some mechanic work done as well. Perhaps more importantly than all of that is that I can count on Jason and the staff at A-1 to give me an honest assessment of any issues Ive had. Really cant recommend A-1 enough.

Jason at A-1 lock smith is a great guy. He has great rates gets to you in a timely manner. Need a key for anything give him call if he doesn't have it or can not do it he can point you in the right direction.

I tried calling to get some information about possibly having someone come open my best friends apartment door for us. She is new to the area and had to go to the emergency room and left her keys in the house by accident as she was rushing out the door. I called this company for her and the man I spoke to over the phone was very rude and disrespectful. He kept talking over me and treating me like I was stupid and wouldnt even give me the info I was asking for. The only reason he gets one star is cause I couldnt go any lower. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone unless your truly desperate.
