I have only nice things to say about this company. I was stranded on I-77 after having a tire tread smash my windshield on Easter Sunday. The gentleman (Matt) that was dispatched for me was very conscientious to call and check on me and keep me informed when he would arrive. He picked up my car, me and my little dog and delivered all safely and promptly to me home. I hope all of their employees are as kind and attentive as this gentleman. I highly recommend this company and will proudly recommend them. Thank you so much!!!

I was in an accident and the SHP called for a wrecker. Dalton was an outstanding employee and completed the job without an incident. However, I was charged 300 dollars for a 3 mile tow. I questioned why so high, I was informed that this is a standard fee for accident with the surrounding towns services. I called the other services in my area, I was told that it was untrue. I will never use this company again.... Hopefully Dalton will find new employment with a good, honest company...

So my transmission busted today about 75 miles from home. I called around for a tow and a few companys told me they only serviced their county. Such a let down but ultimately it was worth it . I called Ultimate and got the same fair quote 295 to 300 dollars but it fealt different the lady was nice even when i joked about a cash discount lol.. i was broke down off mocksville hwy in statesville and being from greensboro was out of my element for sure lol... but she assured me she could pick up my ram 2500 crew cab so i made a deal.. now nothing was extraordinary about the situation until i met Joey .. man he was an awesome guy ...he said he ran the shop was a retired officer and lived in mt airy so he came from home on what was supposed to be his home time.. We had a great conversation and some good laughs and he was as nice a guy as anyone would hope to meet .. The wait time wasn't really long for him to show and the 1.5hr ride seemed like 30 minutes .. to top it all off i had my 65lb mastiff mix riding companion with me and he welcomed her into his really spotless truck with open arms.. i guess what I'm saying is to Joey and Ultimate thankyou. What started as a rough day ended with meeting a new friend and even though my transmission is going to probably cost me 5k the day ended with a safe tow home some laughs and on a better Note.

Couldn't be more pleased. Was already dealing with so much trying to move to a new house and after loading a 26' uhaul then trying to go around the back yard to turn around the uhaul got stuck. These guys came out in a timely fashion with a wrecker to hitch it out of the back yard for me. Would highly recommend.

So, let me start by saying I did not call them. I had a flat tire on my trailer. I was fixing it with the jack in my van. I looked up and the truck Ultimate Towing was right there. He stopped, without being asked and offered his commercial 2 ton jack. For those who ever changed a trailer tire with a regular bottle jack know this SUCKS! He just pulled out his jack and offered it at No Charge! He said it was much safer! Which it truly is significantly safer. I finished changing my tire. He put his jack away and never asked for a thing! This is the type of business you want out there. Making things better for everyone. I took some of his cards to insure I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need. Thank you.

Price gouging. 62.000.00 dollars for a tow bill .also told me load was not salvageable when it was i came to there row yard to get load i had five guys of my own .very dishonest company. All tow companies should be regulated.this is one reason all insurance is very high

I am reading the reviews and am astounded. My friend had his semi towed on thursday. Went to pay his part of the bill on fri to find that it was over $14,000!!!!!!! For 13.6 miles!!!!!!! When he questioned them regarding this outrageous bill, he was told that the towing company later went out and cleaned up the antifreeze because anything over 15gal is an environmental issue....his truck only holds 10gal. It looks like to me that since there is an insurance company involved, this is a disgusting attempt to defraud the insurance. My friend left with nothing resolved, now the lawyers and all the other powers that be can deal with this grave injustice. It is places like this that causes our insurance rates to keep going up. (Response to your response: you should know exactly who I am talking about. You have all of his info, and the day it was towed in, you should be calling him. He spent hours there on friday trying to resolve the issue)

Very pleasant and professional people to deal with. Shawn came up to Fancy Gap towed my rig to their shop do to a blown air compressor, constantly kept me updated on the progress, great guy!! THEY HAD A MECHANIC COME IN ON JULY 4TH AND COMPLETE THE WORK to get me going on my way WOW!!! Andrew was my driver. He was on time, extremely polite and professional. He had problems with my Mercedess because it did not have the towing hitch it needed to drag it properly onto the flat bed. Last night I needed a tow and Andrew arrived within 10 minutes of me calling when it was estimated to be over 30 minutes. I must say I've had my truck towed a few times and nobody strapped it down like Andrew, my truck didnt even bounce. He was super friendly and kept me updated the whole way via text and phone calls. We had originally left my windows cracked just a little in case the doors locked for some reason and on I-77 it started to DOWN POUR! Andrew actually pulled over on the side of I-77 and got out to roll my windows up so that my interior wouldn't get soaked. Definitely a great guy and great tow truck driver that is dedicated to making sure your vehicle is towed and delivered properly with no problems. Would definitely recommend having him tow anything you need!3

Last week I had a roadside assistance call and the previous service tech didnt have a powerful enough jumper pack or vehicle to start my vehicle. I had to have a second roadcall sent out. George Smith shoes up in 25 min when I was advised he would arrive in 40. Mr Smith was SOOOO awesome. He helped me get a battery for my vehicle and assisted with an issue with my interlock. I was so happy that the previous call had to request an additional call because although I was stranded for three hours it was worth it to have Mr Smith come and assist me on the road call. He went above and beyond the call of duty and I greatly appreciate him, his professionalism and exceptional care he took in doing his job. Geroge your AWESOME!!!!

My son broke down on I-77 near Mt. Airy late in the evening during the recent polar vortex. We live 200 miles away and he was on his way home. We know no one in the Mt. Airy area. Ultimate Towing not only responded to him quickly and got him out of the cold, they referred me to a repair shop which they promised would not rip us off. Then they took my son to a decent hotel where he was able to stay at a 50% discount rate that the hotel gives to Ultimate Towing referrals. When the repair bill, towing bill and motel bill came due, I was amazed that they not only did not rip off an out-of-town stranger, they actually did very good work and charged very reasonable rates. I can recommend them very highly.
