We didn't even know how to get the back off my mother's watch without scratching it, much less what battery it needed. Wal-Mart doesn't stock or service them anymore.I walked in and handed it to the guy. Ten minutes later I left with my mother's polished and working watch.I'll never fight with a stupid little watch battery again.

Walked in, no one inside :( waited guy walked in from outside; asked if I'd been helped... found out the whole time (20 mins later) there was a person in the back, Mike. Poor customer service shame on you Mike. Thank you though to the gentleman who did wait on me, he was very apologetic and very courteous kudos to you this was today 3/14 at approx. 9:50 a.m.

I was looking at getting batteries for my company and I gave them a call and asked for pricing for batteries. They quoted me the price and had it all ready for me to pick up within 15 minutes. I was lucky enough that they had them in stock. I was also lucky that they were running a big sale on batteries for the month of February. Very nice workers and will be going back with any other supplies I need.

They rang up one battery and gave me a different form factor. I brought it (the same battery) back to swap for right one, but it didn't match my receipt so they took forever to trade it. Eventually they did tho. Battery works fine now that they gave me the correct one that fits in the car.

Scheduled an appointment last night for a phone screen replacement. Arrived at 6:15 for my 6:30 appointment and was told that they would be unable to do the quick fix due to ONE phone being fixed in the next two hours. If there is not enough people working to accommodate the appointment that was available on line, then it should not have been made available. It was a waste of my time.

My experience at batteries Plus is always good. The only thing on line-i do not like your web-site. Hard to find the bat. you want-even with the bat. no. I think you need to update your web-site to make it much easier. If you know the no. you should punch it in & the bat. shows up. Instead of hoping thru hoops to get what you want. I want to make a comment about your Duracell bat, I've bought many ^ good luck with all. The last one i-17-2017. I had a small short in my pickup & fixed it thinking it was ok. We were gone over the weekend when it was so cold. Tried to start it Mon,dead,I guess there was a short yet. Battery froze completely I thought junk but I took the battery in the house& warmed it up slow. When warm-put on slow charger. Took chg. right away. Chg. 24hrs. Took full chg. Put in pickup last night-left it till morning. This morning 18- zero & did not plug pickup in. Started up Right now. Just unbelievable. I have never seen a bat. take chg after being totally froze. I have had a car since a freshmen in high school & now 72. I would recommend these batteries to anyone-because I think there the best. Ron.

I hardly drive my truck. Roughly 5,000 miles a year I Bought an oversized battery exactly a year ago. Parked my truck for a few days last month (like I do every week) and I went out to start it, battery is dead. It was -40 out, so no surprise. So I brought it in to warm up and charge it. Now it hardly holds a charge and is really slow to start my truck.Fast forward to today. I bring it in to get replaced because it's a 36 month free replacement, that's why I bought it, I wanted a bigger battery and a good warranty. Of course though, there are stipulations that I was unaware of, how convenient! If the battery freezes it voids the warranty. So because I suggested it couldve froze BECAUSE it was so cold and the battery was weak, I can't use the warranty. That's what I get for shelling out 150 for a battery that can't even make it a year with hardly any use, not to mention I periodically charged it throughout the year to keep it in good shape. what a joke! I'm so frustrated. I didn't want to snap at the guy behind the counter so I left, he knew I was pissed and remained nice, I appreciate that.I also appreciate him not suggesting my truck caused the battery to go dead, because I've never had an issue with any other battery, even cheap 75 dollar ones.What's funny is I didn't get a warranty pamphlet when I bought it, to tell me what voids my warranty. on the website, my specific battery says IN BOLD LETTERS 36 month free replacement, but also doesn't have listed anything that voids warranties. Even in the warranty section of the website, just a generic statement that says some products offer warranties that are specific to the product. So If I don't verbally ask specifically what voids my warranty, I wouldn't know. I didn't know. If I did, I wouldn't be upset.Next time ill keep my mouth shut instead of trying to be helpful because all it did was bite me in the ass. I could've said nothing at all, slammed it on the counter and say it doesn't work and gotten a free replacement.Basically, I paid them for a piece of plastic paperweight to sit in my truck for 12 months. Thanks guys!

Service was fine but product was the worst quality ever. If youre looking to get your iPhone screen fixed, youd be better off throwing money out of the window of your car while driving. I have broken TWO of their replacement screens within days and weeks of getting them. Not only that but the screens works terribly- constantly clicking on things I dont want. A phone with a case should be able to fall off your bed, but NOPE, not these. Dont let the low price fool you, just go and get a real screen put on. I recommended this place to my friends and family and will be embarrassingly going back on my word with this one. This is my first ever review, because honestly I have never been so disappointed in something before. The phone replacement section of this store operates more like a scam than a business.

I went in to see if my iphone 7 was repairable after it got ran over by a few cars and the guys at Batteries Plus did their best to repair my phone but it was too far gone. They were very nice and explained things to me. Since they were not able to do anything about my damaged phone they did not charge me.. unlike other cell phone repair stores (on S. Washington) which wanted to charge me $100 just for a diagnostic test. I am grateful for the workers at Batteries Plus for saving me money and for not trying to scam me like those other guys.

checked in the day before. told the sales person I would be in tomorrow to get new battery that I ordered on line. The add says batteries installed in 20 min. no appointment needed. so when I get there they wanted to charge $12.00 for install. The different sales person worked it out so I didn't pay cash for the install but I still lost my core charge return.

I've been to other Batteries Plus locations from Texas, Arizona, California and others in between. While my experiences have always been positive I must say that this location should be the gold standard for which all other locations strive to be.The service was excellent. The selection was far superior to any other store I've been to.I'll definitely be back.

Today at BPB in G. Forks, Robert took the time to evaluate a charging problem with a used battery backup I came in wth. He checked batteries, fuses, etc. When he found no battery problems with the backup, he inserted new ones to see if this would solve the problem. He took at least 20 minutes trying to help me....Above and beyond I say! This is a great store and wth employees like Robert it will continue to thrive and receive my business.

Got iPhone screen replaced. Has dead pixel and doesn't seem to fit into phone. Light comes out of the edges of the glass. All of the employees were friendly and it was a good experience. Just seems to lack quality control practices.

I went there today only 7:10pm and i am really sad and angry because the website said open 8am until 8pm i rushed to get there because my phone needed a battery when i get there and explain i needed a battery for my phone he said their tech is leaving now and i need to come back tomorrow why do they need to say its open until 8 but they refused the service really dissapointment
