I went into a local 'big box' home improvement store and asked where they made keys. I was directed to a kiosk and I was somewhat disappointed. But it looked like it would make keys immediately as there was a pocket there with instructions on how to buff your new key once it came out. So i stuck my key in the analyzing slot where it was scanned, then I was asked to enter other information; address, phone, email, credit card. I did so thinking I was going to get a key, but instead they said it would arrive in 3-5 days. Well, apparently the machine did not have the correct blank, so it would be made at the home office. Well, no matter. I had been putting this task off for weeks so a few more days won't matter. Besides, I was getting 3 keys for little more than $5. A great value. Hopefully they will work. They arrived 3 days later and they worked! I'm glad I used their service.
