I will never call them our driver waited 4 hours for them to show . not a good way to do business. They do not treat everyone the same .450.00 to pull someone out not tow them they wanted 650.00 but took some off because driver complained about waiting 4 hours. If i could i would give them a big fat zero.

My car was stolen. Recovered a few days after. Cops called me and told me where it would be. I go to the APD to prove ownership. NO WHERE on the paper the APD gave me mentioned 'cash only'.I get to Johnny's and read a sign 'Impounds are no longer accepting credit/debit cards' They said 'Cash only' I said ' My car was not impounded -- I own it' They laughed.POS tow company.So, I called 12 other surrounding tow companies in Akron and ALL accept debit cards. However much you can, DO NOT EVER, EVER do business here.The 3.8 stars they have now is for a reason.

We've been using Johnny's for 33 years they have towed loaded and empty trucks for us they also recovered trucks that were almost rolled over loaded grossing 70.000 pounds with no damages great job nice tow trucks

Gerry, the driver, was great! Having to wait over 7 hours for him to show up was not. We were told that someone would be there between 45 minutes to an hour. I called three times asking where the driver was and kept being told they were on their way. The third call I made I told them that I was calling a different company and they magically said someone would be there in five to ten minutes. All in all, I'll never use them again just because I wont be lied to.

AMAZING COMPANY!!! Jonnys Towing is top of the line. We are not from the area, not even from the state and they treated us like family! We were told no by every other towing company in the area and they went out of there way to help us! I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!

My sister had her car towed there after an accident and when she called to have it picked up she asked what the cost would be. The lady she talked to on the phone said it would be 150 and when she showed up a different guy told her it would be 192. She tried to tell them the lady on the phone told her different so they settled for 190. What a joke

Service was 15 minutes late after the '1 hour at the latest' time prescribed. When the vehicle was taken to a shop the driver lowered my vehicle right into a snowbank essentially burying the back end and bumper.
