I had a dog lock himself and my keys in my van. When I called I was told that the wait time was 20-30 minutes tops. Had I known my poor dog would be stuck in my van waiting for over two hours in the while we waited for them to show, I would have called someone else in area. By the time the tech arrived the dog was shaking from distress. My children were worried and anxious, and I was furious. My father is a third generation locksmith. I know that things happen, however, I didnt get a courtesy call until over an hour had passed saying it would be another 20-30 minutes.When I asked for a discount the most he offered was a $15 coupon. I didnt feel that was adequate for the stress and unprofessionalism and I let him know sobut I accepted anyway. $65 for four devastated kids and a traumatizing experience for my dog and an insult of unprofessionalism to boot. Do not recommend.

Proceed with caution!!! I called this company to rekey 3 locks. They referred me to a partner company called locksmith services serving the Fairborn, Ohio area. A person responded to my home in a personal car with no company markings on the car. The person was nice but stated that he could not key all the locks and that it would cost extra to have all locks keyed. The initial estimate was $150 to key all three locks. The person keyed one of my locks and charged me $160.00. I thought this was excessive for just one lock. I called the company to investigate and they have called me one time but stated that the price seemed resonable. I will not hire this company for locksmith services again and I don't suggest you do either.

The owner is extremely professional and very nice. His prices are excellent. I needed a center cut key for my 2011 Kia Soul and I had 3 cut for under $20. It's almost impossible to find people to cut these keys. He is also open on Saturdays, which is greatly appreciated. I would recommend this guy to anyone.
