I brought a door knob to them for my camper and wanted a key made for it. They charged me 25 dollars, then they wanted 10 more dollars to just make a copy of the key. Not knowing how expensive that was but knowing something wasnt right for a key to cost 10 dollars, I only had one key made. The lady in there took her grand time, over 24 hrs to get me a key made. Had to call 3 separate times to figure out when it was going to be done. Once it was done, i still had to clean out the insides and then I went to litman key in Canton to have a copy made of the key. They only charged me 1.88 to make a copy!!!. They laughed when I told them what Jenkins wanted for a copy, I asked Litman what they would charge me if I brought my camper door handle in and had a key made and they told me 8 dollars. This place is a joke, poor customer service, poor quality and poor cost. 0 out of 10.

Fantastic place and awesome people. I had lost the keys to my personal safe and the keypad just suddenly went dead. Since it was so old, manufacturers couldn't give me another key. Jenkins worked hard to help, but we wound up having to cut it open. Thanks to all their hard work we recovered a locket we thought lost forever, and hundreds of dollars worth of personal documents that would have taken months to get replacements for. I highly recommend Jenkins for all locksmith needs.
