He was there less than 30minutes. It took him 20 minutes tops to get a key made (my key not coded). After the key was made the van would not start so he was willing and able to get me a jump! I was very pleased with my service, plus they were the cheapest out of all the places I called.

Had AAA RV Premium and when called on SUNDAY for locksmith service they said they do not provide even though their web says it does! Needed to get in RV on returning from trip and would not open. They gave me E & A and said they would not pay for it but is who they use. they have 24 hour service. I paid and I would recommend to ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP. Professional...timely..technician well trained..got me in RV and had lock working and was careful to make sure it was securely connected inside..I have a couple keys I have desperately tried to find duplicates for and no one has..will be paying them a visit soon. As for AAA Premium RV tell everyone it is not worth the money..they say locksmith service covered but when called said they would not pay!

Went here the other day for a more difficult issue involving our trunk, it was figured out and our trunk lock was fully replaced in only a couple hours for a reasonable price! Very friendly staff, definitely worth it for any lock/key needs!

I needed a new key or possible lock replacement for my toolbox. I brought the lock cylinder in and left it with them with all the lock and toolbox info. I had. Returned the next day with the lock and 2 keys in working order. Very affordable and friendly transaction. Keep up the good work. My first time at E&A, and I will surely recommend.

We were looking for someone to make a duplicate of a Saturn Ion key and key fob. I spoke with Amir on the phone the day before I went. He was so kind and helpful over the phone, I made the trip from my place in University Heights, a 40min drive. I was not disappointed. He was even nicer in person. He made the key, programmed the key fob, and his price was much lower than 3 other places I called. I will go there for all my key needs! And I will definitely refer my friends.

Everyone I talk to recommends this place. My friends on the east side, west side, Lakewood all swear by E & A. It's also AAA's go-to locksmith; obviously well trusted. When I went here they set me up with free coffee and worked with me and AAA to get a good deal. I really like this spot. And they're good with Volvo keys too, which is kinda rare.

The tech was two hours late. He got there and was unable to unlock the door. His solution was to destroy the door knob. He had to take the lock to another location, which meant I had to wait another hour and a half. Another tech showed up with little to know instructions. He re-installed the lock with an old, dented door knob that he must have gotten from another job. It took E & A almost 5 hours to complete this job. They were very unprofessional; there was no communication; and I was charged $100 more than I was quoted. I DO NOT recommend this company!

We have lost a second key to our Chrysler - a 7 button fob with 'Push Button Start' and have been shopping around for a replacement. We had another company quote us one price when they came out they increased the price and needed to go someplace else to get them. I called Amir and he was straight forward with pricing, service and availability. He told me to come to his shop, by the time I came his office was already closed - nonetheless he was friendly and courteous, provided an excellent service, reprogrammed All the keys and gave a good price!Highly recommend E & A Locksmith and Emir for any reliable, friendly, quick, and reasonably priced locksmith services!!!

My car recently had a bad lock switch to which I was unable to turn my key causing it to get stuck in my ignition. I called e and a and they were quick to come out and check the problem. Because I'm located near by but was unable to start my car Emir sent his crew member to change my ignition lock cylinder the following day as he said. The service was unexpectedly fast and the price very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Thank you again Emir!

Have a 2006 Acura RL I bought used and it only had one key/fob. The dealership was willing to replace (at a crazy price) so called Emir, Robert and Gus A based on their stellar reviews. Google is again accurate, I talked to them on the phone and they said swing by. When I arrived they showed me how I could have a programmed spare key (passed on the driver 2 FOB though it was half the dealer price). Emir cut the key, ran out to the car, programmed and tested while I waited. Fantastic service and good conversation too. From the shop and technicians you could tell you were in an organization that was top line professional. The rare addition is they are brilliant and courteous. Don't go anywhere else. Emil welcomed that I told him he earned a positive review and even gave me a free key ring. Keep up the great work team.

This business should get 10 stars. I can't thank them enough. My key fell out of my fob at a ball field and Emir came to the rescue on a Sunday. He let me know I needed a new ignition cylinder plus new coded keys. His whole staff made me feel welcome. They truly treat you like family.
