My friend got locked out of his house at 11pm. I called several 24-hour locksmiths in the northwest Columbus area, and they all seemed to dispatch to the same automated system. I got two separate technicians that called, and after the first one never called, the second one did, said hed be there in 30-45 minutes, then never showed up. I finally called Buckeye State Locksmith, thinking they were a long shot since they were on the other side of Columbus. The guy picked up right away, gave me a straightforward quote, took my payment, texted a receipt, said to wait 30 minutes, while he was walking out his door. He called as he was getting close, showed up in around 25 minutes overall, picked the lock in 5 minutes, and was done. Use these guys for sure!

This gentleman deserves more stars than permitted he went way beyond the call of duty I purchased a remote from eBay which turned out to be faulty and he had one that I bought from him which didnt cost me an and leg like many others do with someone in my situation. Thank you for all that you done

Ok so I lost my keys in the creek. We called one person and were referred.They drove all the way to Columbus to Washington courthouse It was almost like they teleported here. And my car was open and on the go. If you ever need locksmith for your car I MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I wish I could give him 20 stars!!!

This company was really great. I lost my entire set of keys & the guy that came out was really nice. He rekeyed all my locks on my house & made me new car keys. His prices were very reasonable compared to others I called. I hope I don't need a locksmith again BUT if I do I will be calling these guys!
