I setup the visit the day before, but it was a different technician. He took my key and copied it and then went out to ensure he had cut it correct, and came back and stated my total (half what I paid a 'super-reputable' online company who entirely flaked on me. For two weeks!)... it had been 8 minutes total programming and all. Fast and fantastically economic? I'm not kidding... I shook the guys hand and took a whole bunch of their cards and handed them out the next day. I pray they never go out of business. Note: they are the former age old Sears Key Kiosk we all knew and love(d) at Eastland Mall (they are by the Food Court now), so this is a great stop on the way home from work to get a cheap pro service performed quickly.

I went in today and the man asked me to pull up my car to test the key. He did not let me test it he just hopped right into my car! With COVID-19 going around I wore a mask and gloves into the shop and then he thinks its okay to just get into my car without asking? That is unprofessional.

Top notch. Jhon the owner was great to do business with. We lost the only key to my 2009 Toyota Camry . He met us at the sight within 20 minutes and had us driving off in less than 20 minutes. This company is amazing. I called several locksmiths and dealerships to check the price for cutting and programming a key for my 2009 Mercedes gl350 . The lady on the phone was pleasant, and extremely helpful. Their price was by far the best price. The technician was helpful, friendly and very quick. Giant Rip-Off Joint. Ordered a Smart Key remote it was 5 days later then quoted, the keys was USED, and didn't have the trunk button plus it was priced $50 higher than the sign for Toyota keys that hung in the shop. I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Don't patronize this place.

Found this shop on the internet. Sounded reasonable so I inquired by phone. That's when things began going south. First, the number on the website led me to a automated menu from which I selected 'location.' The first two locations given were in Maryland. Assuming that I would have to go through every location between Maryland and Ohio to get to the Columbus (Eastland) location, I opted to speak to a real person. The guy that answered the phone was actually at the warehouse (it was Sunday - fair enough) but gave me the local number to call.Second, I called the number given and was not sure who I was calling. If it was 'The Keyless Shop' the phone etiquette was horrible for a business. It was as if - and I believe I was - calling somebody's cell phone. It went to voice mail, no company or individual's name was stated, and I was simply instructed to leave a message. Third , on Tuesday at around 1:30pm I went in person to the shop. You guessed it, it was closed. The sign on the door said 10:00am, but there was no sign of anybody - completely dark. There was even a note from UPS on the door saying they couldnt deliver a package because nobody was there to accept it! I called the customer service number that was on the door and spoke with Mary. She too gave me the same local number the warehouse guy did that previous Sunday. I called that number again and was greeted by the same 'non-professional' phone etiquette. This time I left a message apologizing profusely in case I had called some random individual's private/personal number. As I was sitting in the parking lot figuring out my next move, another customer came up, found the doors locked, and left.I hate panning businesses in reviews, but, if your're gonna run a business - RUN A BUSINESS. And, be professional in all aspects - including maintaining stated hours of operation and answering the phone properly.

I became stranded when my key broke. Car dealership was going to charge me $348 to replace my car key.... Keyless shop took care of me for a fraction of that. I had great service, and Saihou got me in and out.

After going all over SE Columbus area, as well as a couple Kia dealerships, no key shop would help me. I looked online and found THE KEYLESS SHOP at Eastland Mall. I was told my Kia Soul is one of the worst cars to program. Alejandro, along with his sidekick, beat the ONE IN A MILLION ODDS of programming this key fob.Hey folks!!! Don't look around all over town, go directly to The Keyless Shop at Eastland Mall. Right now!!! It's outside very near the FOOD COURT. Thank you Keyless Shop!
