I was absolutely appalled at how the company and technician had no problem with taking advantage of me. (an older woman, with my granddaughter, low on money, in the cold, keys and phone locked in my vehicle) I called the company, asked them if someone was available to unlock my vehicle. She said a trip fee of $29 and some change, then when the tech gets there he would charge for unlocking it. Which he would advise me of the fee when he got there, before he unlocked the vehicle, but she wouldn't say how much, (I asked) she then said that he could call me first to quote a price before he came out. I borrowed a phone, mine was locked in the vehicle. When he finally called, he said I would pay the initial say $30, then it would be anywhere from $19.95-$200. That it would be about mid way to 200! I asked how he charged? By the hour? He said by what tools he uses and his expertise! Then he asked how much money I had on me and what was it worth to me getting in my vehicle! I was so upset, I said never mind and hung up! Luckily a nice person stopped me and said Hilliard police will unlock free! The tech actually called me back and said he would do it for the $50 (that's all I said I had) I could happily tell him that I didn't need him. Thank you God for looking out for me again!

Well it wouldn't copy the padlock key I brought and it's just a kiosk located inside of Lowes. Don't waste your trip.
