I recently needed a truck key copied since my husband only had one. I Googled where to get copies of keys made. Henry's key and lock was the place that caught my eye and wasn't far from where we live. I called before going in and the woman who answered was very polite. She answered my questions with swift accuracy and informed me of different possibilities, prices and options. After that phone call, I was confident that I didn't need to keep looking. A short time later, my husband arrived at the store and was greeted immediately. He was asked what he could be helped with and he stated the reason for his visit; we wanted 2 copies of our truck key made. The gentlemen who greeted him immediately asked for the make and model of the truck, looked at the key and gave him the price of service. My husband already knew because the woman I spoke with gave me accurate information. The gentlemen quickly rendered service as requested. My husband was home within 20 minutes of me initially calling Henry's lock and key and the business is 6 minutes away. Now that is EXCELLENT service! Any future keys will be copied at Henry's lock and key!!! Why?? The reasonable prices, the availability and willingness to help from staff and most importantly the final product worked!!!!

Amazing service and care. I went in for two car keys, the staff were extremely helpful! They made the keys and literally went to the car to test and make sure they worked. There was a slight problem with one side of the key not working at first and they worked on it until it 100% worked. I highy recommend them, they are now my go to for all key and lock problems!

Had an emergency with an interior door that was accidentally locked and would not unlock at 10am and there were newborn kittens who had been abandoned by their mother on the other side. They were only 36 hours old. They were out within an hour or so, got the door open and changed the doorknob for me. Joe Beatty was great. Another company I had done scheduled business with couldn't be bothered until after hours. Newborn kittens are medically fragile, especially when they don't have their mom.
