Well, my key is unique. Apparently they do not usually stock my key. I opted for the mail order, which will arrive in 3-5 days. Hopefully the key turns out fine. 10.00 is steep for one key. If your key is like mine, expect a mail order.

Locked myself out called for a quote and they tried to charge me. Canceled then got a bunch of phone calls from some call center about payment. Will never bother calling them if I have a problem again.

On the plus side, they were immediately responsive. On the negative, the price they quoted was twice that of a local locksmith. If you are in a real bind and need someone immediately, they may be worth it.
