I was told I would get a call with a quote when the store opened, so I waited around an hour for a call only to eventually call myself for the tech to tell me he couldn't do my key fob, even though my specific key was clearly listed on the list of services they provide on their website. Dont advertise something if your shop cant even do it. Eventually just ended up going to the dealership which was cheaper and faster anyways. I would rate one star, but the tech on the phone was somewhat helpful in recommending where I could get a new key.

The guy went above and beyond to get my car started. I was able to get a new key and fob for much less than the dealership. He also disabled and alarm system that I didnt put on the car. It was disabling my car and he fixed it and no extra charge. I just paid for a new key and fob. Great store and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place!

Call the shop before you go. I think its one man ran - he does work on the road as well so sometimes he will close the shop at odd hours.I had purchased a spare set for 2007 ford, and had them programmed. They soon stopped working - possible battery issue. They have a 60 day warranty which they took care of my set again no problem when I came back with my receipt. Took 15-20 minutes to get them reset and working again. Thank you!

We had not one but TWO bad experiences with this company. After the first I figured we would give them another chance, but our second experience was one of the worst nightmares ever. It is still not resolved and it ended up costing us about 500.00 additional. Getting in touch with them, even going there in person is difficult. When you do finally get someone, they just basically don't show any empathy for the customer's plight. We own a local repair shop and we were looking for a local place to get keys made, however after two times dealing with the horrible customer service, we will be shopping elsewhere...

Ive been here three separate times during business hours and theres always a sign in the window saying that the employees are out and to call a phone number, you can try calling but nobody picks up. They also set up their hours wrong for google maps, they are not 24/7 but 11-7 and closed Sundays. I waited about 15 minutes and saw 5 other customers attempt to enter and all walk away angry. Management should really consider changing business practice unless they want to go out of business like many stores in the area.

Truly 5 Star Service!!!Lost the keys to my 2013 Mercedes C300. from first phone call to having two new keys in my hands took 2 hours! I called Ron at 8 and made an apt for 11. he was here 5 minutes early. Completely upfront no hidden cost at all. First thing he asked is if i wanted a remote with the buttons, the little things you wouldn't think to ask. Excellent! would recommend to anyone! reasonable prices too!

Our chevy equinox remote broke and the security system from the factory wouldn't let us start the car. We called Keyless Entry and Ronny went out of his way and helped us get our car home finally. He did what no other person would do and stayed late to help us get our car going, he said they closed at 7 but stayed till 830pm . This guy truly is a benefit to the company and how people used to be in customer service. Thanks again Ronny, Tim and Michelle Andrews.

They truly value their work and are not afraid to go above an beyond to make sure you leave as a happy customer. I lost my VW golf keys. I called the dealer and they told me that they needed to order the keys and then program it. I was told that I will need to tow my car to the dealership. I searched Google to look for alternatives and I found Rob. He was able to drive to my location and provide me with a replacement key. He is a lifesaver. I strongly recommend Rob!Thanks again!

Worst customer service I've seen at a business. They will quote you a price in email, raise it over 33% upon pick up, and not honor original price with proof. Had to contact corporate to settle on a price! 'Ronny' just huffs and puffs and raises his voice like a child when you try to resolve this dispute. Keys did work, and they should with how much we paid. Save the headache and do not go there for keys.

I am over joyed with my experience.I have a newer used Mazda with a anti thief system. The system kept draining my battery.The dealership wanted $120.00 to bring it in and diagnose the trouble up to three days.I brought my car to Keyless Entry and Ronny had sync the key signals and batteries for a small fee.

I have a 2004 car that the remote lock and the key lock did not work.The service there was very friendly, professional, and after the fix, I could use the remove, the key worked again AND the door lock that would not take a key was ALSO fixed. I would never go any other place for this type of service.

I went to this shop because I called the dealer and it would take one and one half hours so I would have to leave my car to get it programed. It was a Prius so I knew they were a pain to begin with. I called and spoke with Ronny and was informed it would take maybe a half hour at most. I went to the keyless shop and within 45 Minutes I was on my way home. Ronny was excellent, he was kind and courteous and he knew exactly what needed to be done. It's always a pleasure to do business with someone who enjoys his work. He was fun. I would recommend this shop and Ronny if you want a pleasant experience getting your keyfob replacements. Don Masa
