I went into the store a few days ago to quickly purchase wristbands for an upcoming event in town. I decided to take my kids in with me knowing I only had to go to the front cashier.With them being small children they were very curious about the Christmas figurines. As they were touching them I would ask them to put them down. I was clearly a little overwhelmed and completely regretted taking them inside. As I was trying to get them away from the harmless keychains, the employee at the front desk repeatedly said 'quit touching that' it made me feel embarrassed as if She didn't see that I was already having a hard time. She could tell I wasn't allowing them to destroy the place and I was trying my best to have them under control without making a scene. I have n She wouldn't even give me a smile or a hello. It was a very odd experience.

Very rude and unprofessional employees. I called ahead to verify the closing time. I was told 5:30. I arrived at 5:10 and needed to get two gallons of paint mixed. Rude employee told me it was 'too late' to get paint come back tomorrow. I was also planning on buying several other items but I left with nothing and will not be back.If you are open until 5:30 you should service the customer up until 5:30.I have been there a few other times and have found the store to be a complete mess. The layout is pathetic and items that are supposed to be together are scattered throughout the messy store. Employees have never been friendly and you get the feeling that you are bothering them by making a purchase. One more thing. I get ads from them about once a week and every time I have tried to buy something from the sale ad they are 'out of stock' with no offer to order me the items.Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere. This place should be closed.
