After wrestling with several keys for several locks for quite some time (some worked, some did not), we called Chap Lock. Jerry came out, assessed the situation and made several helpful suggestions. We had our locks re-keyed and are very happy with the results. Jerry was kind, polite, very friendly and professional. He even wore a mask when inside the house. (Thank you) I highly recommend this company for any locksmith work.

This place rocks! Before today, I'd been driving around with the same jank key that I was given when I first bought my Honda Civic. The clam shell casing was loose, and the buttons hadn't worked at any point for me, but I had gotten used to it. I was content with using duct tape to hold everything together as long I could turn it. Unfortunately, after a couple years, my key finally fell apart, and it was time to get a new one. I went to Chap Lock earlier today, because it was so close to work. I showed the clerk my key, and she replaced it, with a brand new clam shell, all in about 10 minutes! AND, my buttons work now! I can actually lock and unlock my car from a distance. All this, and it only set me back 65 bucks--A small price to pay for a one time service and peace of mind! If you need a car key, or any key really, give these folks a call.

Actively worked with me to find the least expensive solution to my problem. Final solution ended up costing me 40% less than 3 other quotes I received from comprobable business. Because of lower cost and good service I ended up ordering an extra key to be made.

They won't cut any blankcar key that you didn't purchase from them. Also to purchase aftermarket blank key would cost you double then if you purchase from your car dealership.Very disappointing and such misleading advertising on their website.

I got the worse experience in my life, I visit this store to make a spare key for my honda ,and there was a lady around 35-40years old,with the very strange hair style, l think she was very drunk,she start yelling at us to me and my 5 years old daughter to get out from her store or she will call police for nothing,she said she is a manager and she can do whatever she wants with the customers.... I think she has mental issue,I think she was hallucinating,my daughter start crying because of her behavior. Im going tomorrow to make a report in the police station because I don't want to happen this to someone else. I don't know who owns this store but definitely they put the wrong person to work.

I had a unique key to have copied. Big box stores didn't stock it. I went to another locksmith in town and was told they only cut keys on location from 8am - 9am. High-Tech got the job done right away on my first visit.
