I had to get a couple keys made on lunch and stopped in. Not much to the job, a small sale but the employee was very polite and helpful. I didn't have any cash on me and the two keys I needed was under the $5 minimum to pay with a card. I was fine with paying the minimum since it would have cost me more in time and/or ATM fees to get cash out. Then the employee let me know if I wanted I could get a third key cut and my total would be $5.60. I was pleased he let me know. I was in and out in a few minutes and will be looking to come back to them when I need future locksmith services.

They will never get my business again... they were recommended and didn't come on time and I complained about it and made Bruce give me 5 percent off my Bill.. accordingly he said to be there at 9 am but they're guy didn't show up for forty minutes and too bad Hobb' s.... how the hell do you stay in business.. sorry just tellin the truth!!!

I wish I would have gotten his name but the man that just unlocked my truck was so sweet. Got my truck unlocked in like a minute, let me sit in his truck to warm up, gave me hand warmers, brushed the snow off of my truck for me, and was just very nice in general. It was a really horrible morning for me but he made it a little better. 10/10 recommend.

Unbelievably positive experience today. We lost our truck keys at Cedar Point and live 5 hours away in Michigan. We thought we were absolutely screwed but we called Hobbs Lock and Key and Tony was a miraculous life-saver. Amazing customer service and such a helpful, efficient attitude, especially for 5:30 PM on a Saturday. I can not believe the pace at which he was in touch and arrived. We are leaving the park at the same time we had originally wanted to leave. I recommend Hobbs Lock and Key to anyone in a pinch they will be so helpful.

After loosing our keys on a ride at cedar point and calling a different locksmith because we thought Hobbs was closed, the first locksmith from a different company came out and could not get the any key he made to work so he finally called it quits. We then called Hobbs again and realized they had a 24/7 emergency number you can call so hobbs made the key at his shop, brought it to cedar point for us, and it worked! All in just a little over an hours time, so very fast. He was a lifesaver! A little more costly then the first guy but he was able to make a key that actually worked so it was worth it!

I lost my keys on a roller coaster and I called many companies out here as I could and see what they can do for me . They wouldnt help out but I called HOBBS LOCK AND KEY and they had no issue replacing the key , so they put a new key starter and it was a little pricey but it was worth it if you realize that your stuck at cedar point . I appreciate them so much

Great business. Im from 2 hours away from them. My family was at Cedar point and lost our keys at the hotel. Called a different company first because the listings said Hobbs was closed on Saturday. 1st company said it would be $275 to make a key from my Vin number of the vehicle. Had appointment scheduled and everything, but definitely wasn't happy. Figured I would call Hobbs just to see if someone was at the shop. Message came on for his personal cell if it was an emergency. Talked to him and told him my story. He took my info and called me back shortly after telling me that he could make my key and deliver it to me for $60. Hobbs was a great service. The first company was trying to price goudge me in my time of need. If you need anything, Hobbs was a honest stand up man.
